Description
We are a community supported agriculture initiative organized as a cooperative. Since 2019, we have been growing a wide variety of vegetables in Frankfurt (Oder), near Berlin, Germany. Today, we cultivate around 30 hectares of land and supply approximately 600 households in Berlin and Brandenburg each week with fresh vegetables and apples from our own fields. Our cooperative stands for biocyklic-vegan agriculture, community, and social responsibility. We are an international team of people from different countries who learn, work, and shape the agriculture of tomorrow together.
In addition to vegetable and fruit growing, community events and educational activities are an important part of our work. We regularly organize workshops, retreats, and hands-on days for both adults and children.
For the 2026 season, we are looking for active support in construction projects and vegetable growing. After a successful crowdfunding campaign, we will be purchasing our own fields this year and shaping them ourselves. We are planning to plant many trees and further develop the infrastructure for our community.
We would love to have you as part of our young crew this season! -

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You become part of an international team working side by side, learning how a large-scale CSA functions in practice while contributing to meaningful projects in vegetable growing and farm development. Beyond the fields, we share meals, organize community events, spend time in nature and at nearby lakes, and enjoy the balance of rural life with easy access to Berlin.
Gardening is a great body workout ;) You can spend much time outside and connect with nature and learn where our food comes from and how it grows. -
Help
On a farm, there is a lot to do like planting, weeding and harvesting. The tasks can be very diverse. No gardening experience is necessary, as we are happy to introduce you to the tasks and share our knowledge with you.

We would love your support. Previous experience in crafts or construction is a plus, but not required. If you prefer to focus entirely on gardening and learning in that area, you are just as welcome. Simply send us a message, and we will find the best fit together.
We are preferably looking for workawayers, who are interested to stay with us for 6 to 8 weeks. -

The farm is beautifully located in nature while still being very well connected. There is a local shop nearby, and the tram takes you quickly to Frankfurt (Oder) and Berlin.

Space for parking camper vans
You can park your van right at the field. It is beautiful to go to bed and wake up right next to the veggies. However, there is no running water or electricity. We have a compost toilet there. Fresh drinking water can be taken from our apartment, where you can shower, charge your phones and are always welcome for dinner and spending time together.

We are so happy to have had the chance to spend time with you on the farm. Sadly, I was not able to be there myself so much during your stay. But you always had a warm smile on your face and I only heard good things about you from everyone. I would be very glad, if you choose to visit us again in the … read more
