Description
It is a romantic mill beside a little river with waterfalls , terraces, fruit gardens and forest. A lot of shadowy spots and fresh water. An Oasis to cool down in the summer heat. In winter the nights can be chilly. Located just at the border between Portugal Norte and Portugal Centro.
The property consists of several buildings and two ha's of land.

To Porto it's 40 minutes with car, to Aveiro about 30 minutes. The next beach is 17 km away. A lot of nice spots not too far away, like Arouca, Cascata da Cabreia or Bioria
The property ist not far away from the village. There is public transport, but it's poor, proper car is recommended.

This is truly a beautiful place, peaceful and secluded. Nikolaus was a nice host, very patient when explaining all the tasks to us. The accommodation provided was nice and comfortable but it might be shared with the hostel guests. Overall, we can definitely recommend this project!

Indeed romantic mill, nice place where at night you can see fireflies. Nikolaus is a good host and is interesting to talk with him. Also he picked me up from a train station and at the end he took me back. From this place is also good to travel to Porto and Lisbon.
