Description
Hey traveler!
Thank you for stopping by.
Please read it carefully before you contact us.
Thank you ✨
NOTE:
February to April we're looking for 1 person that can do simple repairs, DIY projects, firewood...
We're not hosting until mid February.
We are Jon & Eva, a couple with a long path on holistic health, retreats and other activities for human consciousness. Living now in Madreselva, a 3 hectares land in Sintra, between the lush green forest and the ocean.
We are inspired by the regenerative culture and permaculture movements, the indigenous teachings from elders and friends from North and South america that promote a new/old way of living in harmony with the whole (from inside to outside) , understanding ourselves as Nature.
We love to "nourish" and create the "fertile soil" for Health, Strength and Joy to blossom. We trained in many holistic therapies and currently work mostly with Kambo cleanse, Rebirthing Breathwork, Kinesiology, Sweatlodge and Doula support.
We have rented the land and we are recovering a agroforest, reforming buildings, creating compostoilets and showers, making a veggie garden, medicinal garden, and much more.
We are slowly building the place, enjoying the process, and we're thankful for having help during this affair.
Come to help us, share and exchange experiences
NOTE:
•Minimum stay is 2 weeks
•We're not a community
•We're not vegetarian. But will provide a balanced vegetarian diet if you are.
•We don't have a internet router. But you find good internet connection if you have data.
•Madreselva is a great place to discover new ways of leaving, learning and meeting beautiful people. But this is not a place to come if you're looking for an easy and cheap stay in the region. We believe we give a high quality experience and we really expect our volunteers to get involved with the place and the vision.Types of help and learning opportunities
