Description
My name is Ryan, and I am opening a new recovery centre situated just back from Kabalana Beach on the famous surf coast of South West Sri Lanka. We have a modern hang out space with Ice Bath, Sauna and Pool and we also do Yoga classes.
During free time, we enjoy surfing, sports, visiting beaches and hanging out with friends. These are all nearby to our facility and very accessible.
Currently we employ 5 locals, who manage the facility on a day to day basis.
We are looking to fill the following positions for the season:
- Yoga Instructor - 1-2 classes a day, 5 days a week
- Social Media Manager - Manage our Insta and Tiktok, a lot more work early on in the season as we launch our new business. Then maintaining socials throughout the season. We want someone who is hands on, there with us filming content / taking photos and can really take the lead!

Workawayers will be welcomed into our house, introduced to our friends and become part of our team. We can show you the best beaches to go to, organise vehicle and surfboard hire etc.
Help
Yoga Instructor - We are looking for a self led yoga instructor to run our yoga classes. There will be 1-2 classes daily (weather dependent).
