  Description

  I'm Françoise, the mother of a young man with autism spectrum disorder, currently living in the municipality of Monção. Encouraged by my own motivation to take action and ensure a better future for my son, as well as for other people with disabilities who need support, I bought a plot of land of around 3.5 hectares in the freguesia of Ceivães e Badim, in northern Portugal, with the aim of creating my inclusion project there. So I founded the association, which literally means "Inclusive village".
  
  Our mission :
  To build an inclusive community where everyone can participate. The project is designed to encourage interaction between people from the outside and the residents.
  To welcome and respond individually to the varied needs of young people and adults with disabilities: providing them with work, creating a social life, while being close to nature.
  To present different and innovative solutions linked to nature and the community.
  To promote sustainable and self-sufficient environments through permaculture.
  
  We're in the early stages of this project, so we need a lot of help from motivated people who have a real desire to get involved in this cause. There's a lot to do, but we're very excited!

  Je m’appelle Françoise, je suis maman d'un jeune homme atteint d'un trouble du spectre autistique, vivant à 15 km de Monção. Je veux assurer un meilleur avenir à mon fils, ainsi qu'à d'autres jeunes en situation de handicap ayant besoin de soutien, j’ai acheté un terrain d'environ 3,5 hectares dans la Freguesia de Ceivães e Badim, au Nord du Portugal, dans le but d'y mettre en œuvre un projet INCLUSIF. J’ai donc fondé l’association, qui signifie littéralement : « hameau inclusif ».
  
  Notre Mission :
  Développer une communauté inclusive où chacun peut participer. Le projet est construit de sorte à favoriser l'interaction avec les personnes externes au centre et les résidents.
  Accueillir et répondre individuellement aux besoins variés des jeunes et des adultes en situation de handicap en leur fournissant un travail, une vie sociale, le tout proche de la nature.
  Présenter des solutions différentes et innovantes en lien avec la nature et la communauté.
  Promouvoir des environnements durables et autosuffisants à travers la permaculture.
  
  Nous sommes au début de ce projet et avons donc un grand besoin d'aide de la part de personnes motivées et qui ont un réel désir de participer à cette cause. Il y a beaucoup à faire et votre énergie viendra compléter la nôtre.

Queria garantizar un futuro mejor para mi hijo, así como para otras personas con discapacidades que necesitan apoyo, compré este terreno de unas 3,5 hectáreas en Ceivães e Badim, en el norte de Portugal, con el objetivo de implantar allí mi proyecto INCLUSIVO. Así fundé la asociación.
  
  Nuestra misión:
  Construir una comunidad inclusiva en la que todos puedan participar. El proyecto está diseñado para fomentar la interacción con personas de fuera del centro y con los residentes.
  Hospedar y responder individualmente a las diversas necesidades de los jóvenes y adultos con discapacidad: proporcionarles trabajo, crear una vida social, todo ello cerca de la naturaleza.
  Presentar soluciones diferentes e innovadoras vinculadas a la naturaleza y a la comunidad.
  Promover entornos sostenibles y autosuficientes a través de la permacultura.
  
  Estamos en las primeras fases de este proyecto, por lo que necesitamos mucha ayuda de personas motivadas que tengan verdaderas ganas de implicarse en esta causa. Sua energie sera importante para nos.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  The advantages of this exchange:
  
  The first advantage is of course to participate in a project that has a lot of meaning.
  This educational farm will allow many children to come and recharge their batteries in nature, to leave the tablets and simply play with each other.
  
  I am a dietician and you will be able to learn to eat better with me. Helping me in the kitchen or eating from time to time with us will be an opportunity to learn.
  I am a GAPS practitioner, a way of feeding autistic people to improve their brains.
  
  Sharing the life of a young autistic adult is an opportunity to learn to understand them better and then perhaps get jobs. I will give you the codes of operation with them. My son is very kind and very cordial.
  
  Our lifestyle is very close to nature. We are going to develop a permaculture vegetable garden.
  Our village is very rural. You will have the opportunity to live in silence and discover the surrounding places. Walking, etc.
  In addition, I travel by car and we can arrange for me to take you near public transport locations to discover the surrounding towns: By bus to Viana, the beach or Porto.

  Les avantages de cet échange :
  
  Le premier avantage est bien sûr de participer à un projet qui a beaucoup de sens.
  Cette ferme pédagogique permettra à de nombreux enfants de venir se ressourcer dans la nature, de quitter les tablettes et de jouer simplement entre eux.
  
  Je suis diététicienne et tu pourras apprendre à mieux manger avec moi. M'aider dans la cuisine ou manger de temps en temps avec nous sera l'occasion d'apprendre.
  Je suis praticienne GAPS une façon de nourrir les autistes pour améliorer leur cerveau.
  
  Partager la vie d'un jeune adulte autiste est l'occasion d'apprendre à mieux les comprendre pour ensuite peut-être obtenir des emploies. Je te donnerai les codes de fonctionnement avec eux. Mon fils est très gentil et très cordial.
  
  Notre style de vie est très proche de la nature. Nous allons développer un potager en permaculture.
  Notre village est très rural. Tu auras l'occasion de vivre dans le silence et la découverte des lieux environnants. Marches pédestres etc.
  De plus, je bouge en voiture et on peut s'organiser pour que je t'emmène près des lieux de transport en commun pour découvrir les villes environnantes :
  En bus vers Viana, la plage ou Porto.
  
  Le Parc Pineda Géres est très près aussi. Grand parc naturel adoré des marcheurs.

  Compartir la vida de mi hijo autista, lindo, tranquilo, es una manera de aprender a manejar con esta populción que aumenta mucho. Te explicaré como eles funcionam y como reaccionar con ellos.

  Help

  We are looking for someone who has interest in woodworking for our help launch an educational farm within our association. We need to build terraces, a shelter, toilets (dry toilet etc.). We offer you daily tasks from Monday to Friday: 4 hours in the morning 1 hour in the evening to water or keep the property in order. I have some tools and I will buy what you will need well. We will have a meeting in the morning at 8:00 to organize your day. So you help from 8:00 to 12:00 in the morning And in the evening at your convenience. I invite you to the restaurant at our friend Ana's, president of the association, on Friday lunchtime for a moment of sharing between us and you will be able to go shopping in Monçao.

  Nous recherchons une personne pour entretenir le terrain

  Nous devons construire des terrasses, un abri, des sanitaires (WC sec etc).
  Nous vous proposons une travail journalier du lundi au vendredi :
  4 heures en matinée
  1 heure le soir pour arroser ou tenir en ordre la propriété.
  
  J'ai quelques outils et je vais acheter ce dont vous aurez besoin bien.
  
  Nous ferons une réunion le matin à 8h00 pour organiser votre journée.
  Vous travaillez donc de 8h à 12h en matinée
  Et le soir à votre convenance.
  
  Je vous invite au restaurant chez notre amie Ana, présidente de l'association, le vendredi midi pour un moment de partage entre nous et vous pourrez ainsi aller faire vos courses à Monçao.

  Accommodation

  You'll be staying in a fully-equipped tiny with fridge, stove, shower and toilet. You can also bring your own tent and pitch it on our grounds if you wish. We also have a four-person tent if required. Summer days are particularly hot.
  
  You'll have unlimited access to our natural spring-water tubs just a few steps from your accommodation, and there are several great riverside beaches:
  At the moment we don't have any food from our plot, so you'll receive 50 euros per person per week for shopping.

  Vous logerez dans une Tiny house aménagée avec frigo, cuisinière, douche, et toilettes. Vous pouvez également amener votre tente et la poser sur notre terrain si vous le désirez. Nous avons aussi une tente « quatre personnes » si nécessaire.
  En été, il y a des journées particulièrement chaudes, nous vous conseillerons donc si nécessaire de placer dans ces cas-là la tente à l'ombre (il y a de nombreuses places tente à l'ombre).
  
  Vous aurez accès illimité à nos bacs naturels d'eau de source à quelques pas de votre logement et il y a plusieurs super plages fluviales au bord de la rivière:
  Pour l'instant nous n'avons pas encore de nourriture de notre terrain, vous recevrez donc 50 euros par personne par semaine pour faire vos courses.

  Te alojarás en una Tiny house totalmente equipada con nevera, cocina, ducha y aseo. También puedes traer tu propia tienda y montarla en nuestro terreno si lo deseas. También tenemos una tienda para cuatro personas por si la necesitas. En verano, los días pueden ser calientes, te aconsejaremos si es necesario que coloques la tienda a la sombra (hay muchos espacios para tiendas a la sombra).
  
  Tendrás acceso ilimitado a nuestros depósitos de agua de manantial natural a pocos pasos de tu alojamiento y hay varias playas ribereñas estupendas:
  De momento no tenemos alimentos de nuestra parcela, por lo que recibirás 50 euros por persona y semana para hacer la compra.

  nous avons une très bonne connexion à la maison. C'est une fibre optique. passer des appel. ENGLISH There is no wifi in the camper but we have a very good connection at the house (a few meters from the camper). It's fiber optic and you're welcome to use it if you need to. I'm happy to share my office space if you need to make calls. Depending on where the motorhome is parked, you can also use your 4G/5G hotspot. SPANISH No hay wifi en la autocaravana, pero tenemos una conexión muy buena en la casa (a pocos metros de la autocaravana). Es fibra óptica y puedes usarla si lo necesitas. Estoy encantado de compartir mi espacio de oficina si necesitas hacer llamadas. Dependiendo de donde esté aparcada la autocaravana también puedes usar tu hotspot 4G/5G.
