    Description

Hello travellers! I am Jiří and I live with my son (9) at a family farm in a small village, not even one hour from Prague by train. We have been living on our farm since 2015. We grow potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, cucumbres, pumpkins, zucchini, currant, blueberries, strawberries, apples, pears, plums, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts. We have a small greenhouse. We have one dog, sheeps, goats, chickens and rabbits. We build everything on our own and have developed so far: irrigation system, chill out area, children space, space for yoga, pond for swimming, outdoor shower, fencing.
We strive for sustainable life with respect for people, animals and nature.
Also we are about to open a charity shop.
We have have a second house that we rent for short-term rentals.

Our minimum stay is 2 weeks and we prefer long-term stays (couple of months) since this is beneficial for both you and for us and you can learn more about sustainability, farming, animals and DIY.

About myself: I used to be a traveller as you are and I still travel and sleep in a van quite often. I love music and prefer to listen to it live. I love the sea, I love the mountains, the whole nature which is sometimes wild and volcanic, anothertime calm and restful. I like observing animals in the wild nature, especially whales and dolphins. I am a fan of snowboarding, practice yoga, acroyoga and meditation, I like to be creative and sometimes I just like to be. I got inspired by selfsufficient projects and non-violent philosophy ahimsa. I am interested into vegetarianism and raw food, I prepare all kinds of teas. I try to safe water and energy and am interested into cheap possibilities to gain energy. I have my son in shared custody with his mother. I have a full time job in Prague.

    Projects for 2021:
    -building a sauna
-create a safe and therapeutic enviroment for children from local orphanages that will spedn weekends at our farm
    - yearly children festival 13. - 15.8. 2021 in occasion of my son's birthday that hosts tens of people and activities, music, concerts, sports, evening light show (build one week before)

-yearly visits of innovative primary school Vitae in Prague

You will have the opportunity to rest, spend some time in a nature and clear your head. I hope you will be able to realise yourself in the work I offer, learn something from me and teach me what you can do. In Czechia, we have many interesting workshops, meetups, seminars, concerts, theaters, beautiful nature and secret places where paths won‘t lead you and I will gladly become your guide in travelling not just on the map.
In summer you can come with us on a trip with our sailboat.
