    Description

    Hi, my name is Veronica!

My colleague Reina and I direct a Foundation, a small non-profitable organization or Sanctuary whose Real mission is to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome Horses, Ponies, Donkeys, and also, develop Therapy and Education activities with horses, by means of Win Win Programs within the Environment, where both animals and humans involved receive benefits equally. Because of our welfare policy, adults don't ride our horses.

We have recently moved from what had been our home for the past 20 years, with just enough space to take care of a few animals, to start an Eco Project on a 8 ac plot of land, a sustainable ranch where from now on our animals can roam freely and where we can carrie on rescuing and helping others. If you have experience in bioconstruction and love an outdoor life this might be interesting for you!

We would be happy to welcome 2 volunteers or more with previous experience with either horses, who could lend us a hand with the ranch daily chores (feeding, grooming and mucking out mainly) or in bioconstruction, regenerative agriculture or permaculture...

Our previous workawayers have stayed with us between 3 months to 1 year. The least they have stayed is 1 month. We don't have availability for volunteers that only wish to stay a few weeks.

We have a caravan in the Sanctuary and also a bedroom in our home which is only 10 minutes away from the sanctuary.
We can also welcome volunteers that travel with their own campervan or caravan!

We would be happy to answer any questions regarding for example the accomodation, previous experience, and the daily routine with the animals.

Thank you for taking time to read our profile. Hope to meet you soon!
    ¡Hasta pronto!

    Vero and Reina.
