Description
We are a young family of 4, mum (Jackie 33) dad (Vasilis or Will 33), and our two sons George Marcus (5) and Giannis Titus (1). We are a hard working family who is very busy with work and kids and need some help babysitting or adorable sons.
Looking for someone to mainly look after marcus and titus in our own house, currently we are in summer holidays so the boys are at home with mum, who works online 6 hours per day. In September Marcus will be at school in the mornings also.
Of course food is provided while you are with us and you will also be provided some petty cash to take them out on trips. We are a bi-lingual household with English and Greek speakers, but our main language in the house is english. -

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
As stated we are a bilingual family with native English and native Greek language if you wanted to learn either we could help. Days/time off you could explore the beautiful island we live on, with so much historical value, long hikes and gorgeous beaches it is hard not to fall in love with Symi. People usually love to rent a scooter and explore the mountainous views from above. Also I have to mention sunsets are spectacular.

Help
We would like anyone who is looking after the boys to focus on them, lots of imaginary play, educational learning. The other additional jobs that would be requested is to serve breakfast, lunch and snacks, and light house work appreciated. The youngest is still in nappies and needs nap times. Light Housework is appreciated, because we have our hands full.

Languages are so important, I speak fluent English and basic greek. And my husband is fluent English and fluent greek. My oldest son is learning both but has a clear preference for English, so encouraging him to learn Greek is a plus -
Accommodation
Accommodation is an attick room in our small apartment. The bedroom you would have is private, but directly above the kids bedroom. (You have to go through their bedroom to get to it via a small set of steps. So their is privacy, but you would need to be careful creating noise in case of waking the children.

What else ...
Transport around the island is a little tricky, there are lots of hills and steps however there is a bus that runs hourly in the summer and a few times a day in the winter and only cost 2.5 euros, renting a scooter is a popular fun adventure. We have a van for getting around and beach trip etc when we are not working. The play park is only 5 minute walk away from our house, and we like the kids to go on a trip there to burn some energy each day if possible, if not the park then the beach is a great one. Mum will make sure we get to each of the best places.
