    Presentation :

Hello and welcome to Buissonnière Scotland, there are 6 of us permanent staff including 3 children.
We are on an estate of 7 hectares of land and create our autonomy on a daily basis, everything we produce on the estate is for our personal use.
As we are in a region described as "desert soil", we use traditional Sologne methods to reconstitute living and fertile soil, over several years.

We grow in difficult conditions for vegetables.
    It's very physical!
For 10% of picking time, there is 90% of the time spent organizing and building the structures, that is to say spreading cow manure for example, to prepare the soil, in addition to the input of materials which will constitute the 'humus.

We learn and we suggest that you do and learn together to create abundance in an inhospitable environment.

We are starting to raise our first Ouessant sheep. This year we had 6 babies, which gives us a total of 11 sheep. We also have 9 Indian runner ducks who are helpful helpers in the vegetable garden.
We have an association through which we offer vegetable gardening workshops, nature and artistic workshops and we organize an annual party.

At home, everyone eats according to their beliefs, their diet or their health, often around pitchers of tea or herbal teas, because that's where we exchange our ideas.
It is therefore with pleasure that we invite you to learn and build with us and to contribute your ideas and your desire.
