Welcome to our vibrant surf hostel located in the heart of Santa Catalina, Panama! This is more than just a place to stay—it's a home for surfers, adventurers, and travelers looking to connect with nature and our welcoming community. We’re looking for fun, responsible, and easygoing volunteers to help us keep the surf house running smoothly. If you love the beach, enjoy meeting new people, and don’t mind pitching in with daily tasks, we’d love to have you on board!
What We Offer:
Free accommodation in a shared volunteer flat.

What You’ll Help With:
Guest assistance – Welcoming guests, answering questions, and creating a friendly atmosphere.
General housekeeping – We have a full-time paid cleaning lady every day who takes care of the majority of all cleaning. Volunteers are just helping to keep common areas tidy. clean and organized.
Social vibes – Encouraging guests to join activities, organizing BBQ nights, or just hanging out and making everyone feel at home.
Occasional small tasks – Watering plants, running small errands, or helping with general upkeep of the surf house.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, sociable, and responsible people who enjoy working as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to help out.
No experience needed—just a love for the surf-house/hostel lifestyle!
Minimum stay: 4 weeks.

Volunteers will stay in a shared flat next to the hostel, equipped with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small terrace. A private room with a double bed may also be available for couples.
Breakfast provided everyday consists of Gallo Pinto, Eggs, Banana & Toast. Weekly volunteer dinner. Weekly family dinner.
