    Description

    Hi prospective horse workawayers;

    I live on a small farm in Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast of BC. The Pacific Ocean is 2 km's down the road in the centre of "town" also home to the Gumboot Cafe, The Post Office and the Library.

    My property is in the forest and we have regular visits from deer, elk and black bears. Living with me are two horses, Finn and G, both led lives in the dressage show ring. Finn is now retired and G competes in Western Dressage. This is not a commercial barn but the horses are here as giant pets. I also have the sweetest Golden Doodle, Sugar.

    I am 10 km's from two small towns, Gibsons in one direction and Sechelt in the other. There is bus service between towns and to the ferry terminal with service in to Vancouver.

    I like to travel and visit my daughters in Vancouver so you would have to be capable of staying here on your own.
