We are currently in need of a workaway or two.
We are a family of three - one mum, two daughters.
I'm studying to become a Clinical Psychologist.
We can give you a room to yourself except the kids might need to pop in and grab stuff from time to time. The flat has two bathrooms (shower and bath).
We don't eat meat or fish. We are vegetarian.
LOCATED: North Melbourne, near-ish Queen Victoria Market.
We are an open-minded bunch who like hanging out with other people who don't have fixed ideas about gender, sexuality and family structures. LGBTIQ people are welcome. I have a boyfriend who visits sometimes. I am an atheist and left wing.
NON-SMOKERS ONLY, please.

Cultural exchange - we are interested in your food
Our Family life
STAY for 2-7 days. I AM VERY INTERESTED IN YOUR SKILLS AND TRAINING.
My daughters study German and Italian at school. We are very interested in people from Germany but welcome people from all over the world :)
I prefer to negotiate the help with you and keep it all a bit open to accommodate your skills and needs. Mostly I want help with cleaning and house chores. I value your initiative to play with the kids or cook dinner and clean-up the kitchen as we continuously live our family way! If nothing else, then I hope engagement with our life provides you with cultural and language practice.
BABYSITTING AND CHILD CARE: Staying home for an evening and giving me the chance to go out would be great. Or just playing with the kids and letting me cook dinner. Bonding is good and sharing about your country is great.
THE HOUSE: CLEANING - windows inside and out, taking out the rubbish (!!!), cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the fridge, vacuuming, etc.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE: Transporting things up and down stairs. helping with organising.
You will get a room to yourself (one of the children's bedrooms but they won't sleep there while you visit but they will need to go in and get stuff) and you will share a bathroom with the girls.
Inner Melbourne suburb - top floor apartment, large balcony, vegetarian household, GREAT VIEWS of the city!! especially at night!! and for fireworks!!
The closest attractions to the house are the Queen Victoria Market, the University of Melbourne, Royal Park, and the Melbourne Zoo (Parkville). But having said that, you can easily access anything in Melbourne from our centrally located home.
Tram 57 and possibly 55 are our closest tram lines. But there is also a North Melbourne train station and bus route 401 & 402.
