Description
Friendly, eco-conscious and well travelled family, with connections to UK, Zimbabwe, Australia and NZ, with two wonderful daughters (13yrs and 8yrs), who love to play all sorts of games. We have 1 kunekune pig called Murray , three guinea fowl who provide amusement and some chickens for eggs. We're located on a 4.8 ha property with stunning views, consisting of a large garden, vegetable garden, a swimming pool, spa and 8 acres of pine forest/native bush all located 45mins South of Auckland CBD, in an ideal location to launch a trip around the North Island.
We're looking for someone/couple who are willing to lend a hand around the house and outside and to get involved in family life. If you enjoy the outdoors, board games, movies and a glass of good wine, then you'll be in good company!
Tony drives into Auckland every weekday for early risers and Lara is also in the city 3 days/week for slightly later risers, should you need a lift to the city.Types of help and learning opportunities

Embrace the outdoors and kiwi country living whilst only 45mins from Auckland CBD. We are a quiet (relatively) family of four, who are embracing all that NZ has to offer. 15mins for Pukekohe and 30mins from Auckland Airport. We like to work hard, play hard and relax with a bottle of NZ's finest (beer or wine)
Help
Help needed around the house and gardens. Opportunities include helping out around the house as well as basic property maintenance & gardening. Assistance with DIY for property renovations would be welcome. Come and enjoy a real kiwi rural lifestyle.

They worked hard in the garden, DIY projects and helped out in the house and at Art class. They even helped with our 3 yr old's birthday party! Legends! Our family learned some French, travelling tips, cooking (crepes - yum!), card games and had much fun doing so :)
