We would like to host, meet, mix and mingle with all of you from all over the world that would love to spend time helping children/youth appreciate reading and share with them how fun reading can be!

This is mainly because we believe most of our social problems can be solved through giving the young generation literacy and advocacy skills. We also want to see that more Ugandans are able to appreciate reading as a culture.

Our daily work is literacy, arts and Music based, we would like to have people interested in facilitating children between the age of 10-14.

Activities include: reading aloud, writing and telling stories, music and dance, visual arts, vocabulary building, speeches, drawing and many more fun filled literacy and advocacy activities.

Since we run an annual book festival in Uganda in early September, we would love it if you would be interested in working with us at the book festival around that time-activities include, book readings, story telling, poetry, reading to children, face painting, book exhibitions, book signings and drama for literacy activities.

This event is a chance for the children we work with to showcase the acquired literacy skills from the program we give them through the above activities. So if you are around early September, we will be glad to work with you at the event!
