    Description

Welcome to our beach house, a new, small, boho- chic, beach front hotel. We are located at the southern end of the beach of El Transito -a sleepy, fishermen village, away from the crowds and business. The atmosphere we look for is quiet, relaxing, friendly and warm space for clients and staff.
If you surf you would particularly enjoy it since we are just in front of a left point break and left and right beach break.
We have a beautiful yoga shala with teak wooden floor and ocean view, surrounded by plants and flowers ( we love gardening)
We work with a team of 5 local people. All of them have been working with us for years, they are all amazing, young, responsible and always willing to help and learn.

The village of El Transito is of the few unspoiled, less touristic areas left, therefore you can experience the real nica culture and way of living, you can mingle with locals and practice your Spanish.
You can choose to learn to surf since the waves are generally smooth and perfect for learning.
Get tan, get fit, feel free, relax, exchange, LEARN SPANISH, get inspired, value time over money.
An amazing way to contribute to the local community is to teach English. In case you are interested the local school often accepts English speaking people to teach English to the youngest children.

We are looking for a responsible and friendly couple to join us at our beachfront hotel in El Transito, Nicaragua for the months available in the calendar.
    We are specifically seeking:

🧘 A certified and experienced yoga teacher to lead 5 to 7 yoga classes per week (about one hour each), offering a mix of yoga styles and pranayama.

👫 The second person’s role is flexible — ideally someone who enjoys walking and caring for our beloved dog Kaya from time to time, and who can also contribute in their own way depending on skills and interests. This could be social media, photography, surf lessons, or any other surprising talents you’d like to share.

📋 Communication & Team Spirit — both of you should feel comfortable reporting anything unusual to the owner and sharing helpful recommendations related to cleanliness, maintenance, or guest experience.

We ask that the yoga teacher keeps the yoga shala, mats, and materials clean and tidy, and that both of you interact with guests in a warm, respectful, and proactive way — always open to feedback and ready to host with a smile.

If you’re a positive couple who loves yoga, nature, dogs, and community living — with complementary skills to bring — we’d love to hear from you!

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Our hotel is a quiet and relaxing space reserved exclusively for guests — we don’t allow outside visitors to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Just steps from the hotel, you’ll find beautiful natural rock pools, perfect for a dip on calm days — one of our favorite local spots to unwind.

We’re located within day-trip distance of Managua and León. While there are direct buses from Managua to El Tránsito, you can also catch local buses heading to León that pass near the main road.

El Tránsito is a small, laid-back beach town with a few local restaurants, bars, and mini markets. You'll also find essentials like a hairdresser, health center, schools, and other small services nearby.

Please note: if you're looking for nightlife or party scenes, El Tránsito might not be the right fit. It’s more of a place to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy a peaceful pace of life
