    Description

We live in the Beaches in Toronto which means we are right at the waterfront with access to beautiful beaches, a dynamic high street, and easy public transit to downtown Toronto. The Beaches is an eclectic and artistic area of the City which makes it a sought after area to live and very popular on weekends. We are very proud of our home and maintain it in tip top shape.

Our dog is a friendly docile mature female aged 9. She is a Collie, Sheppard and Husky mix. Her name is Biscuit and she adores chasing rocks on the beach. She is very well behaved; never begs, never pulls on leash. She likes her routine of regular off-leash walks and attention. She doesn’t spend much time with other dogs preferring the company of her humans.

The Beaches neighborhood is one of many small nodes in the large City of Toronto. This was the original cottage area of old Toronto and is full of artists and musicians. People are friendly and love chatting on dog walks. We have loads of local bars, restaurants and theatres. The opportunity is to live like a local. Meet others. Experience restaurants, movies, museums and sporting events.

We are searching for someone to both house sit and dog sit. Someone who is accustomed to dogs and is prepared to take Biscuit for two long off-leash walks per day and who would enjoy keeping her company. At the same time we would ask the workawayer to maintain the cleanliness of the interior of our home, bring in mail and deliveries, clear the driveway and walkways of snow, and put out the garbage and recycling for weekly pick up.
