Old homestead on the edge near a small community, on the south side of Mount Denali the highest mountain in North America. Denali our home mountain, who is about 60 air miles away. The Trapper Creek meanders thru our property and pure nature surrounds us. Even with one of the few highways not to fare away, there is all of Alaska's wilderness right on our door steps. Encounters with Moose, Fox, Coyote, Lynx, Weasel, Beaver, Snowshoe hare and Birds of prey are common. Wild life trails are around and on some occasions a Bear, Wolf or Wolverine track are seen close by too.

Exposure to mother earths nature and living a life with the support of regenerative farming and steward the land is an essential part for our Alaskan sustainable life style. To stay flexible and adaptable for the many variables that the Alaskan nature exposes us to. That means also not to miss out, to encounter, see and feel the diverse details of the marvelous beauty this land’s offers.
Farm animals as pigs, chickens, geese and turkeys are present on a portion of the property. The piggies require some social attention due to belly scratches, besides feeding. There are being part of developing new garden areas, providing manure and breeding stock. More garden areas are currently in development and require more build up over the next coming seasons. Fruit trees and cover crop's are in an experimental state, besides common planted veggies for our personal use. Producing compost with our own made char coal is part of the top soil enhancement in our garden areas.
