We are a working farm situated on a historic property in the quaint township of Molong. You would be staying in a separate cottage and would be totally self sufficient. The hut has everything you need for a basic but comfy stay. While here we would like some work done on the hut. This would include: painting, gardening, repair work and potentially some farm work. Ideally you would be quite skilled in these areas and our expectation is that you complete 3-4 hours of help each day. In return the cottage is yours to enjoy. Dubbo zoo is just an hours drive away and a great road trip. There are many wineries and cave areas to explore. The famous Parkes telescope is not too far away.

Help around the house
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
As a traveller you will be rewarded by getting to know an area further west of the Blue Mountains. You would have the opportunity to stay on a working farm. You might even wish to take advantage of fruit picking season and do some extra work while getting to know the area.
As stated earlier we require some maintenance in and around the cottage. Painting, gardening and some general maintenance.
This host offers a language exchange
I am fluent in English and Croatian as well. Very happy to help with any language requirements.
The farm is set on a beautiful property with a turning creek, cattle and horses. You would have a kitchen and your own washing facilities. The entire cottage to yourselves. The township of Molong is a 30 minute walk or 2 minutes by car. We can only accommodate two people at any one time.
This is a great place to do some Touring or simply relax and enjoy the small town quiet and open spaces. Most destinations are a hop skip or train ride away.
Very happy for workaways to work from home during their stay and combine working on our property with their work and travels.
The cottage where you stay is self sufficient. It has a garage and a parking area.
This host has said they are willing to accept those travelling with a pet.
