Hello! I’m Sunshine. I live in a home with my husband, children, and three cats.
I’m offering a room with a private bathroom for help around the house, cooking, and small projects, or potentially house sitting. For food, it’s up to the volunteer to arrange their breakfast, but we’ll take care of lunch and dinner during the workdays. You can count on warm, home-cooked dishes! I can provide a schedule or we can come to an agreement on the days you will be available to work.
The house is located and only 30 minutes from Panama City on none traffic days.
If you do not have experience with house/pet sitting, I do not feel we will be a good fit for house/pet sitting work. I love my animals like my children and I like to keep a tidy home. I took a break from the app due to a traumatic experience with a person who neglected my home and pets the month she was there. I’m back with hopes that I do not have a repeat. Daily pictures or video calls are expected. I’d like for you to arrive a couple of days before our departure to ensure the energy is a match. Please be honest about your intentions and skills. I am sure we can work together but only if you are honest about your intentions and skills. If you are merely looking for a crash pad while you party in the city, we will not be a good fit.
Though I appreciate couples wanting to help, I can only accommodate single people as my space and resources are limited. We prefer a max of 2 week stays in the beginning unless it’s for house sitting. There’s no minimum stay. We prefer NON tobacco users (cigarettes and vapes).

I am originally from America but have lived in various countries and enjoy meeting new friends. I am a native English speaker/teacher, intermediate in Spanish and learning Portuguese. I enjoy cooking and teaching all I’ve learned through my travel life experiences. I have a Holistic Health practice and enjoy meeting fellow light workers.

Help
I am offering a room and a daily meal for help around the house which can include (based on our agreement): pet sitting, meal preps, graphic design help (if that's your specialty), small DIY projects, organization, decluttering as well as deep cleaning. If you are a house sitter, I am also interested in meeting you! I have a few holidays to take and would love a responsible person in the house during that time to care for my fur and plant babies.

Accommodation
A room with a twin bed and private bathroom. Two meals per day will be provided. Full access to the kitchen, supplies and spices (I have lots!)
What else ...
A bus picks up a few meters from the home and takes you through town. You are able to travel to Panama City, Coronado and other major towns from the bus route. Taxis, InDrive and Uber are also available nearby. I provide a list of ideas and pamphlets for places of interests within 2 hours of the home.
