Our mission is to offer healthy food and beverage to our customers in a welcoming, colorful and warm atmosphere, while creating jobs for local people and participating positively to the local Granada’s community.
To do this we carefully select our ingredients, giving priority to organic and locally grown fruits and vegetables. Everything on our menu is homemade and we use unprocessed ingredients for our bread, desserts as well as our salad dressings & sauces.
We hosts different events at our cafe and encourage local artists by exhibiting their best creations. We choose our staff for their dedication to offer the best possible services and their willingness to learn and adhere to high quality standards, in a friendly atmosphere. Granada is the oldest city founded in America by Europeans and has a unique colonial atmosphere. There are many historical churches, museums and art galleries to visit. On weekends, the whole area gets quite busy. However, the room we offer is always very quiet. On your free time you can visit Las Isletas de Granada, which are 365 small islands on Cocibolca lake on which Granada is located. You can also visit Masatepe and Los Pueblos Blancos, near Masaya, where much handicrafts are made and sold. La Laguna de Apoyo, about 20 km away, is a picturesque volcanic crater lagoon set in a natural reserve, allowing swimming in the cleanest possible water. You can also hike at Volcan Mombacho and Volcano Masaya. The International Festival of Poetry and Ipica, an important festival where about 3,000 horsemen invade the city, take place in high touristic season.
