  Description

  We are a Belgian Peruvian family who love nature and animals, so we decided to live in this beautiful town of Tingo María (Huánuco) surrounded by plants, everything is green and especially tranquil. We try with our little experience, to plant and to raise and to get that our house is self-sufficient. This is why we have many plants and domestic animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, etc.
  
  Somos una familia peruana belga que aman la naturaleza y los animales, es por esto que hemos decidido vivir en esta hermosa ciudad de Tingo María (Huánuco), rodeada de plantas, todo es verde y la sobretodo tranquilo. Tratamos con nuestra limitada experiencia, de sembrar y criar y obtener nuestra casa autosuficiente. Es por eso que tenemos una gran cantidad de plantas y animales domésticos tales como perros, gatos, gallinas, patos, gansos, etc.
  
  Nous sommes une famille péruvienne belge qui aimons la nature et les animaux, c’est pour cela que nous avons décidés de vivre dans cette belle ville de Tingo María (Huánuco) entouré de plantes, tout est vert et surtout tranquille. Nous essayons avec notre peu d’expérience, de planter et d’élever et d’obtenir que notre maison soit auto-suffisante. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons beaucoup de plantes et d’animaux domestiques comme chiens, chats, poules, canards, oies, etc.

  Help

  The help we need is to rebuild a wooden house so that visitors can be accommodated and then organize my garden, I would like to make an organic vegetable garden, organize my farm, make the pond for ducks and make cement and stones for the road because there is a lot of mud in the rainy season :-)
  
  La ayuda que necesitamos es la reconstrucción de una casa de madera para que los visitantes pueden alojarse y luego organizar mi jardín, tengo una huerta orgánica, organizar mi granja, al estanque para los patos y crea suelos cemento y piedras por el camino porque hay muchos barro una estación lluviosa :-)
  
  L’aide dont nous avons besoin est pour reconstruire une maison en bois afin que des visiteurs puissent être logé et ensuite organiser mon jardin, je voudrais faire un potager biologique, organiser ma ferme, faire l’étang pour les canards et faire des sols de ciment et de pierres pour la chemin car Il y a beaucoup de boue â la saison des pluies :-)
  
  L'aiuto di cui abbiamo bisogno è di ricostruire una casa in legno in modo che i visitatori possono soggiornare e poi organizzare il mio giardino, ho un orto biologico, organizzare la mia fattoria, fare lo stagno per le anatre, el suolo de cemento e pietre per il sentiero perché abbiamo molto fango nella stagione delle piogge :-)

We are not smokers, but if you are we invite you to do outside the house, in the garden, always maintaining order and cleanliness. Consumption and toiletries and toilet paper are paid by volunteers, as well as laundry. There is a laundry room to wash by hand We make it clear that we respect the “Workaway” rule of “freedom of permanence” that is, if the volunteer is not comfortable, he can chat with us and retire when he wants, we are very flexible in terms of that topic. We also clarify that we use the same standard in our case, since if the volunteer does not meet the necessary help expectations and previously chatted or is not predisposed to comply with all that was previously discussed, we will not hesitate to chat and terminate aid. All this, without generating a bad relationship between the parties, since when choosing the volunteer option we both know what the conditions are. Finally, we ask that when making a commitment of dates be respected, or if there is any inconvenience to let us know as soon as possible to be able to give the opportunity to other volunteers.   - Por último es importante saber que en casa Tenemos 5 gatos,5 perros incluso cuando hay mucho espacio, suelen estar adentro, si no te gustan los gatos o eres alérgico, tal vez no te sientas cómodo.los gatos, los cuales se encuentran dentro de la casa todo el dìa, por lo que es INDISPENSABLE que al voluntario le agraden los perros, ya que ellos forman parte de la familia y estarán con nosotros, querrán jugar y también desearán interactuar.
  No somos fumadores, pero si tú lo eres te invitamos a hacer fuera de la casa, en el jardín, siempre manteniendo el orden y limpieza.
  El consumo y artículos de higiene personal y el papel higiénico corren por cuenta de los voluntarios, como también el lavado de ropa. Hay un lavadero para lavar a mano
  Dejamos en claro que respetamos la norma de “Workaway” de “la libertad de permanencia” es decir que el voluntario si no está cómodo puede charlar con nosotros y retirarse cuando lo desee, somos muy flexibles en cuanto a ese tema. También aclaramos que utilizamos la misma norma en nuestro caso, ya que si el voluntario no cumple con las expectativas de ayuda necesarias y charladas previamente o bien no viene predispuesto a cumplir con todo lo que se habló previamente, no dudaremos en charlar y dar por finalizada la ayuda. Todo esto, sin que pueda generar una mala relación entre las partes, ya que al elegir la opción de voluntariado ambos sabemos cuáles son las condiciones.
  
  Por último pedimos que al hacer un compromiso de fechas sean respetadas, o bien si surge algún inconveniente poder avisarnos lo más pronto posible para poder darle la oportunidad a otros voluntarios.
