Description
Hello future guest !
I am Anaïs, artist & therapist living a very simple life in the countryside, on a beautiful 7ha land, in South Portugal, in Alentejo, (between Colos and Cercal).
After 4 years on the land, I have partly moved to another region for my kids to go to a better secondary school. So I am looking for 1 or 2 trustworthy conscious beings to feed the cat while I am away.
I am living on the land every other week. So half of the time you will be on your own.
Life here is totally off-grid, in the deep countryside.
At night, there are foxes, owls and wild pigs.
During the day with see red kites and hawks.
There is a beautiful trail to walk around the land.
30 minutes drive from the ocean (Vila Nova de Milfontes).
YOU NEED a car or at least a bike as we are quite isolated (no bus).
(there is one bike on the land)
The tasks are :
============
SUMMER (JUNE - SEPTEMBER) :
- to feed the cat when I am not here
- to water and the take care of young trees (put straw around them)
- to cut the grass if necessary
- to oil the wooden structures of the land
- to help repair or upgrade the infrastructures on the land
AUTUMN & WINTER :
- to feed the cat when I am not here
- to harvest figs, pears and olives, and process them.
- to plant trees (November to January)
- to dig pipes in the ground
- create a food garden. If you have permaculture/syntropy knowledges, that's great !
- to help repair or upgrade the infrastructures on the land
SPRING (MARCH/APRIL) :
- to feed the cat when I am not here
- take care of the food garden.
- to help repair or upgrade the infrastructures on the land
ALL THE TIME :
- to feed the cat :) and care for him
- to help me with sorting out / tidying up things (decluttering).
====================================
I am are flexi-vegan &non-smoker.
- I wish to welcome an enthusiast artist, therapist or gardener.
- Conscious of their energy outputs on the land and with the people around them.
- You do your best to own your shadows, and to communicate your needs and boundaries.
- You are engaged in some form of personal growth (spirituality, art, NVC, etc).
- You have a practical mind.
- You are respectful and connected to Nature
- You enjoy solo time, being on their own.
If you have your own van, car or at least a bike it's better for you as we are quite isolated.
Happy to meet you soon ! -
