Mike is a civil engineer . Claire is a Primary School Teacher. We have 2 girls and 1 boy. Pippa is 11, Penelope is 9 and Ronnie is 8. The kids love to draw and create. -

We live 8 km from Bantry which is a nice coastal town on the Wild Atlantic Way. It has a cinema,many restaurants ,pubs,shops and 2 hotels. We have a bike that you can use . Bringing your own car would be ideal !

I spent two months with this busy family and it was a real pleasure. The children are so lovely. I really think that I have improved my English with them, everyone took time to speak with me, the family fitted me. I will miss the busy and lovely atmosphere.

Nina stayed with our family twice. She is a very kind thoughtful trustworthy girl. She took care of our 3 children who are 5 ,6 and 8. She dropped them to and from school,made their meals and entertained them. She weeded our garden and cleaned the house. she was fantastic ,I would highly recommend Nina. She is a very hard worker .

I had a wonderful experience with Claire’s family for almost four weeks. I felt like a family member since the day one, I took care of the kids and they are very well behaved kids that love to learn new things, play, use their creativity and to give cuddles. I learned a lot through this time and I hope we can meet again soon in Tenerife :sunny:

Julia stayed with us for about 4 weeks. It was a very difficult time for our family because Mike had just had emergency heart surgery. Julia was extremely helpful and hardworking. We would never have got through those difficult weeks without her. We hope to meet up with Julia again someday. We will miss her.
