Description
I’m renovating my flat in the top centre of Sofia myself and occasionally need a helping hand with general DIY tasks (no heavy construction work), as an extra pair of hands can occasionally make a big difference on a project like this. Having hosted on another site for many years and greatly enjoyed the cultural exchange it brings, I’m now trying Workaway in the same spirit, offering hospitality in exchange for some practical help around the flat.
In return, I offer accommodation for one or two people (maximum three) in a private bedroom with a large wardrobe, a 180 × 200 cm bed, bedding, bathroom access, and, depending on the arrangement, meals. I’m happy to exchange experiences, show you around Sofia and its surroundings, share local tips, visit galleries, cafés, parks, and live music events, and/or take part in activities that match your interests. -

I’m looking for occasional help with some basic DIY tasks and keeping the space organized in exchange for my hospitality. This includes a variety of simple tasks, so some DIY experience is needed, although no heavy renovation or construction work will be expected.

Accommodation
You’ll stay in the apartment I’m renovating, in a private bedroom with a comfortable 180 × 200 cm bed, a large wardrobe, clean bedding, and access to a bathroom. The apartment is in the very centre of Sofia, within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. Meals can also be provided, depending on the arrangement. I can host one or two people (maximum three).
Meals are generally not included, as there are no cooking facilities in the flat, although they can be arranged on an individual basis. For this reason, I expect only around two hours of help per day. There are plenty of nearby places offering homemade food, and I may be able to provide food by prior personal agreement. Please note that there will be a three-day trial period, and if the attitude isn't right, we will part ways. -
