I live in a historic town not far from the city and only 10 minutes away from the beach. I love where I live and enjoy sharing my home and showing people where I live. I am very active and always doing projects. I like finding out how other people live.

I have been a teacher and had businesses both in wine and art. So I have a lot of experience to share especially with local art and the wine industry which are both features of my area. I know a lot about growing food and I expect meal times to be a shared experience both with preparation and conversation at meal times. I have basic French and would like to Improve my skills with this language p. I like to know what is going on in the world and am passionate about my environment. I enjoy healthy activities like going to the beach , hiking and sailing when the weather is suitable and will invite my guest to join me I encourage my visitors to go on walks or bike rides to explore my beautiful environment.
Help
I have a large heritage property in the Town which requires a lot of maintenance and I have a very big garden. Enthusiasm for gardening and home maintenance is required.Because there is very little local transport, it is preferable that workawayers have their own vehicle or at least a drivers license.

Accommodation
I have two spare guest rooms each with queen size beds. And a separate bathroom. I have a swimming pool and a couple of bikes which can be borrowed. I will provide meals in exchange for Work but expect to share some of the meal preparation. I can accommodate different dietary needs but would prefer non-smokers.
What else ...
I live close by to wineries and art galleries. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia are very close by. There are plenty of walking and bike trails. There is very little public transport so a vehicle or drivers license is necessary for visiting the area. As I am not always available. I can accommodate two separate people or one couple at a time.
