Join our family-run company founded in Medulin, Croatia for the 2026 summer season.
We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable people who would love to spend the summer by the sea while learning bookings, customer service, and excursion sales.
We offer a variety of sea-based excursions around Medulin and the surrounding islands—think boat tours, dolphin watching, snorkeling adventures, sunset cruises, and sometimes even private tours for special occasions. We're passionate about providing unforgettable experiences on the sea—and we're constantly evolving to offer something new, exciting, and meaningful to our guests. -

We love meeting people from different cultures and sharing stories. Workawayers will be part of our daily life, local events, and small community gatherings when possible. We’re happy to share skills and our acquired knowledge. In return, we’re always curious to learn about your customs, language, and way of life. It's a great exchange of experiences, and we believe both sides come away richer.

Location: Medulin, Croatia
What you’ll do as a booker:
• Promote and sell boat excursions
• Help guests choose the right trip
• Manage bookings and daily organization
• Welcome guests and create a great experience ( you do not join the daily tours)
Don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything!
You’ll work in a multicultural environment, meet people from all over the world, and gain valuable tourism and sales experience.
Languages:
• English required
• German preferred
• Hungarian, Czech, Slovak. Polish, or Italian are a plus

We are looking for a Workawayer who would love to spend 3 months by the sea in beautiful Medulin, Croatia, while learning how to handle bookings and customer service for boat excursions.
If you love meeting new people, learning new skills, and being by the sea—this is the place for you!
Boat animator:
You would take part of our daily excursions and take care of customers as of cleaning the boats.

We offer a shared, fully equipped apartment on the property with a kitchen, bathroom, laundry. You'll have a share room and shared appartement with other Workawayer. It’s comfortable, and gives you a nice balance to have a community while you're here.
