Hello, I am Maria a Nursing in the Make (Nursing student) Heidi my little dog, Lilibeth Over the Moon (AKA "Diabla")and Looney Tunes.
I will need some help to mind the Baby Chorizo and the two crazy nuts.
I am going, to be honest from the beginning.
I would like a person who wants to be part of our little crazy world.
If you are looking for a free holiday or spend your day locked in your bedroom, please, don't contact us.
I am looking for a mature person, honest and used to be on its own. (No couples)
This is more a house-sharing than a proper work away.
I always try to create a respectful atmosphere where we all have our roles clear.
If you don't have experience living in the rural countryside or looking after pets or staying on your own is better for us if you don't even apply.
I am very down to Earth person. Spiritual I dont feel identified with any of the New Age stuff.
During winter this is not the Ireland of the Instagram post. The scenery is beautiful but even though we have lovely neighbours down the road the place is isolated, the grass is brown and there is mud almost everywhere. Keep that in mind 😉
Also, this is a hiking boots place, please, please, please don't come without them...(proper ones waterproof) beautiful and surrounded by the sea and mountains but pure countryside, rainy and muddy.
I am in touch with all the previous workawayers I had before and they have become friends.
The jobs are: feeding the pets 1st thing in the morning and go for a walk x 3 days per week.
You are not going to work any hard at all .
The most important here are the little ones.
Heidi will take as much as an hour of your time during all day.
I need to ensure the little mads are fed and have a walk during my days in the hospital/college that is what I am looking for a true pet lover.
You will have your shelf in the fridge and the pantry. I will gladly share my food with you if you need it.
There is a community bus going to Dingle and Tralee 4 times a day and I could give you a lift. Also, the people around are very nice. They will help you with everything.
I have been living in here for 3 years. The house was closed for 10 years and I got an agreement with the landlord ( nice man) about getting a cheaper rent in exchange of making the place a home again.
So far I am very proud of what I have achieving.
I provide Wi-Fi, a double bedroom, and breakfast (milk, bread,cereals etc.
you can cook your food. I must say that usually I cook for the two of us.
Our place is a farmhouse(safe haven) very cozy and the decoration is mainly hygge and thrifted (as I love the feeling of home). I have created a space of "peace" and comfort.
We are very calm people and I love reading and walking.
I love trees,feel respected and I dont have any polítical interest.
I collect flowers, plants, and herbs and dry them on my ceiling.
I love aromatherapy, coloring walks in the mountains, and the beach, I love to have my solitude time with my pets.
I am trying to meditate every day and like the feeling of being one with nature.
I enjoy the silence,my garden and a good productive conversation.
We are located in Inch (West Kerry) and I am looking for someone who loves dogs as I will need to go to a Hospital placement for my nursing degree and to college.
I just want everybody who comes here can feel at home but the person has to understand that this is my home too. I am very open and honest.
We enjoy road trips, beach walks, or reading a book.
Heidi is a fantastic dog. Honestly, she is a lazy fat angel. Very very good and low maintenance and Looney, well...he can be like his name says but an extremely good and calm pet. Lilibeth is a little extremely smart witch. Both of the michis were rescued and came here by themselves.

This place is a safe haven. I can read the Tarot for you,an accupuncture session ,Reiki or just a little bit of aromatherapy.
This place is calm and quiet. Maybe if the person needs some time away from everything this is the perfect place to be. I feel this place has some healing touch.
Perhaps how people can still surprise me with kindness.

We live surrounded by nature, rivers, seas, and mountains. Perfect place if you love solitude and I am very independent.
Help
Very light housework.Not much to be honest. The garden needs to be done but it is not a hard task at all and I love to do it myself.
It is important that Heidi has her walk every day since the animals are the main responsibility of the person here. Please, I wouldn't like to be reminding this every day. It is awkward for both of us. You and me.
In total as much much 3 hours 3 days.

Accommodation
One double bed with a furnished bedroom with its own TV and sea views. I don't provide regular meals but I will be glad to share mine if you need it. Feel free to cook for yourself.
I would like if the person doesn't have any dietary restrictions.
What else ...
Local transport 5 times a day (door-to-door service ) to Castlemaine,Tralee,Killarney and Dingle . Inch beach is 9 km away. Dingle is 20 km, Kerry is absolutely beautiful so it might be good if the person has their own car. I love hiking and mountains. Also, Inch is amazing for surfing and you can join the lessons with our friend Tim.
I will drive you to get what you can need. Usually I like to do my shopping in Dingle.
