  Hello! I am from the north of Spain, from Asturias. I travel often for work and have thought about becoming a host when meeting many workawayers in different places. I have a house where I do not usually stay for a long time and I think it's very good to share it with people who give it life!

  I offer accommodation in a quiet environment and surrounded by nature. I think that anyone who wants to know Asturias, or who wants to come here to study or undertake whatever they have in mind, or simply to disconnect, will have a home to feel comfortable for whatever, practice our language and be close to our culture.
  
  Ofrezco alojamiento en un entorno tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza. Creo que cualquier persona que quiera vivir Asturias, o que quiera venir aquí para estudiar o emprender lo que tenga en mente, o simplemente para desconectar, tendrá un hogar para sentirse a gusto y cómodo para lo que sea, practicar nuestro idioma y conocer nuestra cultura...

  The main help that is expected is to keep the house very clean and tidy.
  Cleaning of the interior and exterior house, maintenance with simple gardening tasks, and control of the pool during the months you are enjoying it )
  I would also like to be able to learn other languages when it matches well for everyone, or anything you are willing to teach...
  
  La principal ayuda que se espera es la de mantener la casa muy limpia y ordenada.
  Limpieza de la casa interior y exterior, mantenimiento de la finca con trabajos simples de jardinería, y ocuparse de la piscina durante el tiempo que se esté disfrutando.
  También me gustaría poder aprender otros idiomas cuando coincida bien para todos, o cualquier cosa que estén dispuestos a enseñar...

  Accommodation

  The house is in a rural setting, seven minutes by car from the center of Oviedo, the capital of the community; half an hour from Gijón, the liveliest city in Asturias; and near many beaches and mountains as it is in the downtown area, very well connected to go anywhere.
  The house has three bedrooms and each has a private bathroom, two available.
  It is a very quiet area and with total security, as in the whole region.
  Ideal for studying, resting, working from home and for people who want to be in touch with nature without leaving the center of Asturias and half an hour by car from the coast. It has quite spacious and bright spaces.
  Include a private room and all the services of the house.
  
  La casa está en un entorno rural, a siete minutos en coche del centro de Oviedo, la capital de la comunidad; a media hora de Gijón, la ciudad con más vida de Asturias; y cerca de muchas playas y montañas ya que está en la zona centro, muy bien comunicada para ir a cualquier lugar.
  Tiene tres habitaciones y cada una tiene baño privado, dos disponibles.
  Es una zona muy tranquila y con total seguridad, como en toda la región.
  Ideal para estudiar, descansar, trabajar desde casa y para personas que quieren estar en contacto con la naturaleza sin alejarse del centro y a media hora en coche de la costa. Tiene espacios bastante amplios y con mucha luz.
  Incluiría una habitación privada y todos los servicios de la casa. Y si alguien quisiera cultivar su propio huerto, aquí podrá hacerlo en los meses de primavera y verano, dispone de toda la tierra que quiera trabajar si le apetece ocuparse de iniciar un huerto.
  Aconsejo que dispongan de coche o furgoneta para que puedan desplazarse cómodamente -sobretodo los días de lluvia-.
