    Description

This was born from a dream that became reality: a couple left the city behind and moved to the Tuscan countryside. Over time, we built with our own hands and a lot of heart, what is today an accommodation place of rural houses and glamping and a space for retreats. Every corner of this place carries their story.

Today the family has grown: there are four of us taking care of the place day by day, at a relaxed pace and with a genuine care for doing things well.

Coming here isn't just coming to help out, it's stepping into a whole different world of authentic Tuscan rural life.
Life here follows the rhythm of the seasons a real, hands-on experience. You'll also learn quieter things: how to slow down, how to listen to the land, how to feel good without needing much.

Cooking here is an act of love. Local and seasonal ingredients, traditional Italian recipes, and the real chance to learn how we preserve the vegetables we grow. Those who want to will go home with something more than a memory.

We're surrounded by Tuscan countryside, wild nature, peace, and silence. In your free time you can hike through the hills, swim in the river or in natural thermal springs, wander through medieval and Etruscan villages nearby. This is a land where history lives in every stone.

The place here is international by nature, we ourselves come from different backgrounds and countries, and the people around us arrive from all over the world. Stories, languages and perspectives get shared easily here. The atmosphere is informal, warm and communal, the kind of place where you end up learning a lot without even realising it.

There's space for yourself too, space to read, to reflect, to disconnect from the noise of everyday life. And depending on the season, there may be the chance to join workshops and retreats organised here at the farm, moments of creative freedom and expression that are very much part of the soul of this place.

  • Help

    Help

Daily life revolves mainly around two things: keeping the spaces clean and tidy, and helping out in the kitchen when needed, simple tasks, but essential to making a place like this run well.

The spaces to look after are varied: guest rooms and indoor common areas, as well as outdoor spaces, terraces, glamping areas, shared grounds. It's not heavy work, but it requires consistency and a caring eye, which makes a real difference for the guests staying here.

During busier moments an extra pair of hands in the kitchen is always welcome. And here comes a special bonus: the kitchen belongs to Rita, a true Sicilian cook. Working alongside her means learning an authentic Mediterranean cuisine, handed-down recipes, seasonal ingredients, and a whole lot of flavour. If you love food and cooking, this might just be the highlight of your stay.

Each day brings its own small surprises. We value flexibility and a willing attitude — not because there's a lot of work, but because we appreciate people who are genuinely present and engaged.

The wage will be according to the national labor agricultural contract.

Workawayers sleep in a glamping tent nestled among the olive trees. It's a spacious and comfortable setup, designed for two people, with everything you need to feel at ease. Waking up in the morning surrounded by olive groves, with the Tuscan landscape all around you and the quiet of the countryside as your soundtrack, is something you're unlikely to forget.
This is a wonderful experience in itself.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

In your time off, the farm and its surroundings have plenty to offer. On foot, you can explore trekking trails through the Tuscan countryside hills, woodland, and views that are worth the trip on their own. For those who want to venture further, there's no shortage of options: medieval and Etruscan villages, artistic towns, natural thermal springs and rivers.
Local buses connect to nearby towns, and we're happy to give you a lift when we're heading into the city ourselves, just let us know. For total freedom and reaching more distant places, having your own car is a bonus.

How we live, good to know: Life is simple and genuine. The atmosphere is warm, we care about keeping things peaceful and respectful for everyone: guests, animals, you and the people who work here. There are no strict rules, but we appreciate people who know how to live in community with common sense, kindness, respect and positive attitude
