Guten Tag, Bonjour, Goedendag, Hello,
My name is Linda, I am a Belgian lady living in the suburbs of Berlin for about 35 years. My flat is located in a lovely neighborhood. S-Bahn is within 8-minute walking distance from where you can reach the city center in 30 min.
I have been fortunate enough to live in a variety of different communities of the world. I grew up in Africa and have had many adventures. I am always happy to tell you my stories and listen to yours. I enjoy listening to classical music and hearing the birds sing. My family means a lot to me, so I am a very family-oriented person. Now and then we get together and do different activities.

I can share a lot of Belgian culture but I would consider myself more of an international person so I could exchange all of that with you. Berlin is also a hotspot of thousands of different cultures so you can go and explore all that the city has to offer.
My neighbor has Workawayers too so you will also be able to make some friends here but please be respectful of the noise rules and the neighbours!
Help
I need help with everyday tasks in the apartment, like cleaning (windows, floors, bathroom, kitchen, etc), , cooking, laundry, ironing, and so on. Help with carrying the shopping bags. take the garbage to the containers, and so on. There is no heavy work to be done. It is all just some little chores, therefore, I would be very grateful if you could sometimes help me in your free hours with little things like lifting heavy things.
Having a driver´s license is a plus!
Please note that I live with my son who has some medical conditions and I take care of him 24\7, so all my energy goes into that. Your help around the flat will be very much appreciated.

Accommodation
You have your own private room upstairs with a bed and a sink. Your window has a view of some greenery so you have fresh air. The Wi-Fi upstairs is mostly working fine.
There is a table and a chair, plus, some shelves. You have a toilet upstairs as well but the bathroom downstairs is shared with me.
Meals are provided but please note that it is very hard for me to adjust to different dietary preferences, so that is why I prefer having persons that eat everything. We cook together but I am also very curious about different cuisines.
Smoking and heavy use of drugs are not tolerated!!
What else ...
There is a lot of nature around with all the infrastructure that a person needs. There is a lake within a two-minute walking distance which is a perfect place for joggers or long extensive walks.
