Description
Hello there!
I'm a single father with 2 kids, living near Oradea.
After having converted a 16 seated bus into a wheelchair accessible motorhome with the help of workawayers, a few years ago we started building a tiny family house.
The modules of the house were prefabricated in a small workshop and it was assembled on the spot, on a pylon foundation. It is designed to be an nZEB, so modern technologies and best quality materials are used, consulting with a professional building company.
I had a severe rock climbing accident 15 years ago. Since then I'm in a wheelchair. I have the knowledge for the tasks around the house, but most things I just can`t do by myself from the wheelchair. Help handling the cooking and groceries would also be welcome, so I can focus more on the building tasks.
The property is located 8 km from Oradea, near the forest, in the middle of nature.
The work schedule is in the afternoons, between 12.00-18.00.
You can enjoy free time in the mornings and evenings. We can go biking or small trips with motorhome in the weekends, cook together, make campfire etc.
So far about 90% of the work is finished. Next things would be, in order of priority:
- hydro isolating the roof of the garage (liquid membrane coating): July - August
- building the walls and windows for the garage: August - September
- building fence and gates
- shading for the terrace
- arranging the garden, planting trees etc
- furnishing (assembling Ikea furniture etc)
- all kind of other small tasks around the house
If you are interested, don`t hesitate to contact me, will answer ASAP.
greetings,
Akos, Felix and David -

Space for parking camper vans
If you come by own van, motorhomes can park here with a nice view in a quiet and peaceful environment. There's plenty of parking space near the house, water and (limited) electricity access. However, there is no black water dump station in the area, so please arrive with empty tanks!

Pets are only allowed if they can live outside the house and are not dangerous to children. Please keep in mind that we did not build the fence yet!
