  Description

  We live in the center of beautiful Caserta, in Campania, central-southern Italy. We have a splendid Royal Palace where you can walk, jog, or bike. The train station is a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can reach anywhere else: explore our beautiful region (Naples, Salerno, the islands, and the coast) or visit other cities (we're practically in the center of Italy), so we're very conveniently located! There are lovely restaurants, pizzerias, and bars just a few meters from our home. The gym, swimming pool, and tennis courts are a 5-minute walk from our home. We'd love to have you as part of our family and are happy if you'd like to spend time with us. At the same time, however, we completely understand if you want to be alone when you're away. It's really up to you! You'll have your own room and beautiful bathroom.
  Andrea is 59 and is a financial advisor with a passion for horses, and is a national riding instructor.
  Maddalena is 45 and is an accountant at a law firm in Caserta.
  We are passionate about travel and food :-) and good company, in fact we have many friends!!
  
  
  Viviamo al centro della bellissima Caserta, in Campania centro sud Italia. Abbiamo una splendida Reggia dove puoi camminare o fare jogging o un giro in bicicletta. La stazione ferroviaria è a 5 minuti a piedi e da lì puoi raggiungere qualsiasi altro posto: esplorare la nostra bellissima regione (Napoli, Salerno, le isole e la costiera ) o visitare altre città (siamo praticamente al centro dell'Italia) quindi in una posizione molto comoda! Ci sono bei ristoranti, pizzerie e bar a pochi metri da casa nostra. Palestra, piscina e campi da tennis sono a 5 minuti a piedi da casa nostra. Saremo felici di averti come parte della nostra famiglia e siamo felici se vuoi trascorrere del tempo con noi. Allo stesso tempo, però, capiamo perfettamente se vuoi stare da solo quando sei fuori. Dipende davvero da te! Avrai la tua stanza e il tuo bel bagno.
  Andrea ha 59 anni ed è consulente finanziario con la passione per i cavalli infatti è istruttore nazionale di equitazione.
  Maddalena ha 45 anni ed è contabile presso uno studio legale di Caserta.
  Siamo appassionati di viaggi e di cibo :-) e della buona compagnia infatti abbiamo tanti amici!!

  We're looking for someone who speaks only English with our children while they play, read, paint, chat, etc. We want someone who'll be part of the family, who'll spend time with us, helping each other, chatting, and eating together.
  Language is important to us, and we're looking for someone who speaks good English to both the children and us.
  We recently renovated our house and it's very welcoming. You'll have your own room and beautiful bathroom. We live in a very central area of ​​Caserta, which is very safe and charming. We don't follow any special diets. We'll show you some typical Campanian dishes.
  
  
  Cerchiamo qualcuno che parli solo inglese con i nostri figli giocando, leggendo, dipingendo, chiacchierando, ecc. Vogliamo qualcuno che faccia parte della famiglia, che trascorra del tempo con noi, aiutarsi a vicenda, chiacchierando e mangiando tutti insieme.
  La lingua è importante per noi e chiediamo qualcuno che parli un buon inglese ai bambini ma anche con noi.
  La nostra casa l'abbiamo appena ristrutturata ed è molto accogliente. Avrete la vostra stanza e il vostro splendido bagno. Viviamo in una zona centralissima di Caserta molto sicura e carina. Non seguiamo nessuna dieta speciale. Vi mostreremo alcuni piatti tipici Campani.

  Accommodation

  The house is very large, you'll have your own room with a bathroom, and if you want... you can come on holiday with us. We already have a lady who takes care of the cleaning.

  We're looking for someone to speak English with the children (a native speaker would be a plus).
  The children are completely independent; Maria Vittoria is 11 and Armando is 9. They go to sleep alone, are very responsible and cooperative, respect the rules, and are very busy during the day.
  During the school year (starting September 15th), the children go to school from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, then depending on the day, they have sports and music.
  
  Mom works 5 days a week from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm... Dad works 5 days a week from 8:15 am to 5/6 pm, depending on his appointments.
  We have someone to help us around the house, but we expect you to take care of the small daily tasks we entrust to you, just like we do.
  All that kind of stuff: everything a big sister would do ;)
  Dear guests!
  A private room with your own bathroom is available.
  Wi-Fi is free and unlimited.
  You'll have your own room and are expected to keep your space tidy and clean, of course. There will be no checks, but we expect you to be a reasonably clean person. This includes managing potentially disruptive behavior (noise, garbage, odors, etc.).
  You can use all our amenities, of course. This includes heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, bicycles, and so on.
  You'll always have meals and food at our house, even on your days off, of course. If we're not home, we usually have a full refrigerator and pantry.
  
  *We don't accept stays of less than two months*
  
  You'll have a bicycle available for you to ride around.
  We work until 5 p.m. and Fridays, then we usually like to travel on weekends.
  Anyone who comes to our house will be part of our family.
  Smoking is prohibited in the house, and above all, and most importantly, we don't allow strangers into the house when we're not there or without authorization.
  
  
  
  Cerchiamo qualcuno che ci aiuti con i bambini e che parli inglese (se è madrelingua sarà un plus).
  I bambini sono totalmente autonomi, Maria Vittoria ha 11 anni e Armando 9, vanno a dormire da soli, sono molto responsabili e collaborativi, rispettano le regole e sono molto impegnati durante la giornata.
  Nel periodo scolastico ( dal 15 settembre) i bambini vanno a scuola dalle 8 alle 16:30 poi in base al giorno hanno sport, musica.
  
  La mamma lavora 5 giorni a settimana dalle 8:15 alle 16:15 ... Papà lavora 5 giorni dalle 8:15 alle 17/18 in base agli appuntamenti.
  Abbiamo chi ci aiuta nelle faccende domestiche, ma ci aspettiamo che tu curi le cose che ti affidiamo nel piccolo quotidiano come facciamo noi.

  Cari ospiti!
  È disponibile una stanza privata con il tuo bagno
  Il Wi-Fi è gratuito e illimitato .
  Avrai la tua stanza e dovresti mantenere il tuo spazio in ordine e decoroso, ovviamente. Non ci saranno controlli, ma contiamo sul fatto che tu sia una persona normalmente pulita. Ciò include la gestione di comportamenti potenzialmente dannosi (rumore, spazzatura, odore e così via).
  Puoi utilizzare tutti i nostri comfort, ovviamente. Ciò include riscaldamento, acqua, elettricità, Wi-Fi, bici e così via.
  Avrai sempre pasti e cibo a casa nostra, anche nei tuoi giorni liberi, naturalmente. Se non siamo a casa, di solito abbiamo un frigorifero e dispensa pieno.

  A disposizione avrai una bicicletta per poter passeggiare..
  Noi lavoriamo fino alle 5 p.m. e fino al venerdì poi solitamente ci piace spostarci nei weekend.

  È vietato fumare in casa e soprattutto, cosa importantissima, non far entrare estranei in casa quando noi nn ci siamo e senza autorizzazione.
