Description
This place is a rural community and living project located in the north of the province of Granada, Spain.
It's a farmhouse that belonged to my great-grandparents, an almond grove, and also an association. Here, we promote a more conscious, creative, and sustainable way of life. We're looking for volunteers eager to learn and share in the fields, the garden, construction, or in the management and support of cultural and community activities. It's all just beginning! It's a magical time, with so much to do, but also a place to reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with the local community.
Here in the countryside, you have to do a little bit of everything!

Este lugar es un proyecto de vida y comunidad rural situado en el norte de la provincia de Granada - España.
Un cortijo que era de mis bisabuelos, una finca de almendros pero también una asociación. En ella promovemos un modo de vida más consciente, creativo y sostenible. Buscamos voluntarios con ganas de aprender y compartir en el campo, el huerto, la construcción o en la gestión y apoyo de actividades culturales y comunitarias. Todo está comenzando! es un momento mágico, donde hay mucho por hacer pero tambien un lugar para reconectar con la naturaleza, con uno mismo y la comunidad local.
Aquí en el campo hay que hacer un poco de todo!

This is a place where you learn by doing and sharing. There's no rush here: it's about returning to nature's rhythm, observing, listening, and participating with your heart.
During your stay, you can learn about:
Agroecology and caring for the land. There's an almond grove, a vegetable garden, some animals... what it's like to live in the countryside 25 km from the village.
Rural life and self-sufficiency, from daily farm tasks and maintenance to small construction projects and repairs.
Living together and cooperating, working as a team and respecting everyone's own pace.
Creativity and personal expression, participating in and/or creating cultural and artistic activities within the association. This association was created by local residents to develop cultural activities in the rural environment.
But above all, this experience can help you reconnect with yourself, with simplicity, and with the joy of what's essential: silence, the land, shared meals, working with your hands, and conversations under the stars.

Este lugar donde se aprende haciendo y compartiendo. Aquí no hay prisa: se trata de volver al ritmo de la naturaleza, de observar, escuchar y participar con el corazón.
Durante tu estancia podrás aprender sobre:
Agroecología y cuidado de la tierra. Hay una plantación de almendros, huerto, algunos animales ... lo que es vivir en el campo a 25 Km del pueblo.
Vida rural y autosuficiencia, desde tareas diarias del campo y mantenimiento hasta pequeñas construcciones o reparaciones.
Convivencia y cooperación, trabajando en equipo y a respetando también los ritmos propios y ajenos.
Creatividad y expresión personal, participando y/o si lo deseas, creando actividades culturales, artísticas dentro de la asociación. Una asociación creada por los vecinos para desarrollar actividades culturales dentro del entorno rural.
Pero sobre todo, esta experiencia puede ayudarte a reconectar contigo mismo, con la sencillez y con la alegría de lo esencial: el silencio, la tierra, la comida compartida, el trabajo con las manos y las conversaciones bajo las estrellas.

We're looking for open-minded people eager to collaborate on various tasks, depending on the time of year and the project's needs. Here, everyone does a bit of everything: from collecting branches or pruning almond trees, harvesting almonds, to preparing compost, tending the vegetable garden and chickens, repairing walls, painting, or helping with small-scale natural construction projects.
There's also room for those who prefer more creative or management tasks within the association that promotes the project's cultural and organizational activities. You can support social media, communications, design, maintenance, workshops, or logistics.
We'll learn many things together, sharing skills, ideas, and experiences. You don't need to be an expert, just have a desire to work as a team, live in harmony with nature, and enjoy a simpler, more mindful life.
Here, every day is different, and what matters is your attitude: participate, learn, share, and be part of a project that grows with everyone's energy.

Buscamos personas abiertas y con ganas de colaborar en distintas tareas, según la época del año y las necesidades del proyecto. Aquí todos hacemos un poco de todo: desde recoger ramas o podar almendros, recoger la almendra, hasta preparar compost, cuidar el huerto, las gallinas, reparar muros, pintar o ayudar en pequeñas construcciones naturales.
También hay espacio para quienes prefieran tareas más creativas o de gestión, dentro de la asociación que impulsa las actividades culturales y organizativas del proyecto. Puedes apoyar en redes sociales, comunicación, diseño, mantenimiento, talleres o logística.
Muchas de las cosas las aprenderemos juntos, compartiendo habilidades, ideas y experiencias. No hace falta ser experto, solo tener ganas de trabajar en equipo, de vivir en contacto con la naturaleza y de disfrutar de una vida más sencilla y consciente.
Aquí cada día es diferente, y lo importante es la actitud: participar, aprender, compartir y formar parte de un proyecto que crece con la energía de todos.

Accommodation
This place offers several accommodation options, depending on the time of year and individual preferences.
The main option is a caravan located outdoors, ideal for those who prefer more privacy, with access to a shower and toilet, as well as the common areas we are creating.
If you prefer, you can bring your own caravan or tent and park under the almond trees, enjoying the views, the tranquility, and direct contact with nature. Keep this in mind: it gets cold in winter and hot in summer!
Meals are included, and the schedule varies depending on the time of year. We eat a variety of dishes, whatever is available, with a simple and flexible approach. We usually decide on the weekly menus together, cook together, and share meals as an important moment of connection. Everyone also helps keep the kitchen and common areas clean and pleasant.
The atmosphere is peaceful, friendly, and respectful, with space for both socializing and quiet relaxation. We enjoy spending time together at the end of the day, chatting, listening to music, or simply gazing at the stars.

Este lugar hay varias opciones de alojamiento, según la época del año y las preferencias de cada persona.
La principal es una caravana situada en el exterior, ideal para quienes prefieren más intimidad, con acceso a ducha y baño y a los espacios comunes que estamos creando.
Si lo prefieres, puedes traer tu propia caravana o tienda de campaña y aparcar bajo los almendros, disfrutando de las vistas, la calma y el contacto directo con la naturaleza. En invierno hace frio y en verano calor, tenlo presente!
La comida está incluida y depende de la época del año cambia en su horario. Aquí se come de todo y de lo que hay, con sencillez y flexibilidad. Normalmente decidimos juntos los menús de la semana y cocinamos entre todos y compartimos las comidas como un momento importante de encuentro. Cada persona colabora también en mantener la cocina y los espacios comunes limpios y agradables.
El ambiente es tranquilo, familiar y respetuoso, con espacio tanto para compartir como para el silencio y el descanso. Nos gusta disfrutar de momentos juntos al final del día, conversar, escuchar música o simplemente mirar las estrellas.
What else ...
We live 25 km from the village, which we visit once or twice a week for shopping and coffee. So, if you have your own car, you'll have more independence in your free time. Although, here, we appreciate spending time on the porch in the sun reading, writing, or listening to music. You can also walk up the hill, stroll along the dry riverbeds, discover many abandoned houses, or gaze at the stars at night.
We are located within the Altiplano Granada Geopark, which is very interesting.
At home, our schedule is flexible depending on the season and the weather, so sometimes we work a lot and other times less.
The atmosphere is generally peaceful and family-oriented. We sometimes celebrate events with the neighbors, and you're welcome to join us.

Vivimos a 25 Km del pueblo, al que vamos una o dos veces a la semana para hacer compras y tomar un café. Así que si tienes vehículo propio tendrás más independencia en tu tiempo libre. Aunque aquí se agradece el tiempo libre en el porche bajo el sol para leer, escribir o escuchar música. También se puede pasear hasta el cerro, caminar por las ramblas, descubrir demasiadas casas abandonadas o contemplar las estrellas por la noche.
Estamos dentro del Geoparque del Altiplano granadino que es muy interesante.
En casa, los horarios son flexibles dependiendo de la estación del año y la climatología, así que hay veces que se trabaja mucho y otras en las que se trabaja menos.
El ambiente es en general tranquilo y familiar. A veces celebramos acontecimientos con los vecinos,a los que estarás invitado a ser parte de la comunidad.

Si eres nómada digital y tienes tu trabajo, este será respetado en todo momento. Pero te pediremos que colabores en el trabajo de la finca algunas horas a la semana.
Space for parking camper vans
En invierno hace frio para dormir en una tienda al raso. Las caravanas tienen la posibilidad de aparcar en diferentes partes de la finca, desde debajo de un almendro hasta dentro de una nave. No se pueden vaciar las aguas negras pero si pueden tener agua y acceso a áreas comunes.
