  • Description

Learn and improve your freediving skills by training with us and become certified under the Molchanovs system. Basically, we will provide an introduction to freediving including certification as a perk for volunteer work.

We are a registered non profit organization who aims to promote freediving and make it accessible to everyone. In line with this, we offer scholarships every month to Filipino students where we host them for two to three days and certify them to become freedivers. Currently, we have 4 locally paid staff here at our place who help the team on a daily basis— one secretary , for some administrative and adhoc works, one cleaner one cook and one freediving instructor.

Below are the roles we are currently looking for (but we are open to all sorts of help!):

    1. Assistant/Safety divers
    2. Multimedia Specialists
    3. Social Media Managers
    4. Marketing Specialists
    5. Yoga Instructor

Please indicate in your message which skills or roles you would be interested in and which dates you are planning to volunteer with us. Please be reminded that we can only accommodate volunteers who can commit a minimum of one week.

Volunteer is expected to fulfill 3 hours a day, 5 days a week in exchange for accommodation, and a certification under the Molchanovs system. If you already have your freediving certification prior to volunteering with us, then we can make arrangements for your next course.

    What else ...

We have an inventory of quality freediving items like buoys, ropes, and other freediving equipment to ensure safety and fun when doing both pool or depth dives. We have open-water dives sites of up to 100+ meters in depth and have access to an Olympic-sized pool.

Panglao is a small island found in the province of Bohol, Philippines.

Located inside the Center of Marine Biodiversity, Bohol hosts an overwhelming amount of marine life. There are a lot of coral gardens and coral walls surrounding the island shelft. From Turtles living in Balicasag, millions of Sardines in Napaling, to occasional Whale Shark sightings, the place is blessed with a very diverse marine life.

Our dive center is just a 10 min. ride from our dive site, with the latter no longer needing for a boat ride. This makes it much more accessible during our trainings for our students, clients and volunteers.
