I'm a 33-year-old solo mum to two wonderful boys, aged 11 and 5.We call home a cozy beachside community blessed with a river and a fantastic surf, fishing, and swimming beach just a 3-minute walk away. Our haven is a short 8-minute drive from the small township of Hawera, and a mere 30-minute drive from stunning mountains (Taranaki Maunga) South Taranaki is an absolute gem, offering plenty of opportunities for bush adventures, leisurely beach strolls, and exciting bike tracks. While we're only an hour's drive from New Plymouth, our township, Hawera, is equipped with everything essential. If you're seeking a tranquil beachside lifestyle coupled with endless outdoor activities, our community is the perfect spot for you!

  Help

  Join our family routine! Seeking a caring individual to assist with morning & afternoon routines for my boys, ensuring they're ready for school and greeted after school. With occasional childcare for our youngest until March. Shared care arrangement means 7-8 days a fortnight, 4-5 hours a day. If you're reliable, nurturing, and love making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

  Dinner will be provided when the kids are around, and other food options will be discussed upon application. The setup will be accommodating and flexible. I wish nothing more than you to be comfortable and this be a home away from home for you.

  Wifi is great but there is no cell phone coverage in ohawe although quick walk/drive down road where there is cellphone coverage.
