Help with everyday tasks such as gardening, lawn mowing, cooking and house tasks at our home on Beara Peninsula in West Cork, Ireland
Tony and Fionnuala are both interested in the areas of meditation and writing, and music. They are non-smokers.
The house is 6 Kilometres from the town of Castletownbere. It is situated on 5 acres on the Wild Atlantic Way overlooking Bere Island and Bantry Bay, with the mountains behind.Types of help and learning opportunities

Experience the beautiful Beara Peninsula with walking trails, hikes and coastline. Travelers can learn about the variety of trees and plants in the gardens, local wildlife, and explore walking/hiking routes in the area.
We want to give our guests a cultural experience also showing them around the local area, bringing them to Irish music sessions and more.Help

The house is a four bedroom bungalow. Accommodation is a single bedroom, or shared double bedroom. Bathroom is shared. Kitchen is available for vegetarian and fish cooking. Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. Main meals are prepared and taken together. Self cooking may be required at times. Help expected with the cooking and cleaning up.

Bus service available form Cork City to Castletownbere. Will collect on arrival. Bicycle available. Approx. 400m from the sea. Castletownbere is the nearest town (4 miles away) and is the second largest fishing port in Ireland. The Beara Way walking route runs the length of the Beara Peninsula. Dzogchen Beara Buddhist Centre is 30 mins away by car. Dursey island with Ireland's only cable car is approx 40 mins drive away.
