Come and learn numerous homesteading skills. From growing your own food to building with earthen materials, herbal medicine, and permaculture design. In the warm comipany of a family
Help with various land projects. Must be physical fit, willing to learn, and a good sense of adventure. Work will include help with the garden, building structures and maintenance of land.
Simple accomodations, glamping tent with electricity and water in Communal outdoor kitchen as well as hot shower and flush toilet.
We are situated in the beautiful, rural, coastal hills of northern California, 20 mins from main town of Ukiah, 21/2 hours from san Francisco. The Russian river runs below our property. A great spot for swimming and fishing. Lake Mendocino is 10 mins away, offering hiking trails, swimming, and stand up paddle boarding. There are several other lakes and parks nearby, as well as trips to the pacific ocean which is 11/2hour away.
