Hello!
We are looking for a motivated couple interested in developing an organic garden and helping to bring life to a small rural property in the beautiful countryside of Alentejo, Portugal.
Our place is a peaceful nature retreat surrounded by fields and open landscapes. We would like to create a small farm-to-table project with an organic vegetable garden and a simple countryside restaurant.
This opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy nature, sustainable living and entrepreneurship.
What we offer
A house on the property
Up to 1 hectare of land available for cultivation

What we are looking for
Ideally a couple, where:
one person enjoys gardening, organic farming, permaculture or market gardening
the other enjoys cooking, hospitality or food preparation
But we are open to different combinations if you are motivated and responsible.
We are looking for people who:
enjoy rural life
are self-motivated
like working outdoors
are interested in building a small sustainable project
The idea
The garden and restaurant could become part of the experience of the retreat, creating a farm-to-table atmosphere for guests.
We hope to find people who want to stay for a longer period and grow with the project.
Duration
Initial stay: several months, with the possibility of longer collaboration if the project works well for everyone.
