    Description

    Hello!

We are currently looking for a motivated individual or couple to help us create and develop an organic / regenerative garden in the beautiful countryside of Alentejo, Portugal.

Our place is a peaceful nature retreat surrounded by open landscapes, where we aim to build a meaningful connection between land, food, and people.

    🌱 The Project

Our main focus right now is to establish a productive, beautiful and sustainable garden, using principles of:

    organic farming
    permaculture
    regenerative agriculture

The goal is to create a garden that will:

supply fresh food for our team
    support a future farm-to-table concept
become part of the guest experience
    🏡 What we offer
A private house on the property
Up to 1 hectare of land available
    Water and basic tools
A calm and inspiring natural environment
Freedom to design and develop your own garden approach

You will also have the possibility to:

sell surplus production to our guests
supply local markets or nearby shops
develop a small personal project alongside
🌿 Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

has interest or experience in organic gardening, permaculture or regenerative farming
enjoys working outdoors and being in nature
    is self-motivated and independent
is interested in building something meaningful over time

You don’t need to know everything — but you should have initiative, curiosity and responsibility.

    ⏳ Duration

We are ideally looking for someone interested in staying for several months, with the possibility to grow together with the project.

    🌞 The vision

This is not just a volunteering position — it is an opportunity to create something from the ground up, with real impact and freedom.

If you are looking for a place to slow down, connect with nature and develop a meaningful project, this could be the right place for you.

Feel free to reach out — we would love to hear from you.
