Description
Hello travellers! My name is Sara, I'm an enthusiastic traveller just came back from South East Asia and Australia. I'll stop home for a while now, so I've decided to travel from my own house :)
I live in a beautiful area on the hills of Lake Garda, we are located in small town near Bardolino, 25 Min from Verona and 30 Min from Monte Baldo (Mountain).
If you are into nature, outdoor sport and activities, you are in the right place mate!
It's a paradise for hiking, sailing and cycling! But even if you are not that sporty, you will find yourself very welcomed by the magnificent landscapes, food and wine!
Let introduce my family:
We are a big family of 6, now living in the house 3 people, so we have some spare rooms for the volunteers!
My parents are retired, they are really kind people and always keen to help the others. They love meeting new people and learning new things. My dad's hobby is photography, he would talk about it for hours and loves to teach to photograph too!
My mom loves gardening, she takes care of all the beautiful flowers in the house.
My dog Miele is super sweet and he loves being cuddled, sometimes we host Lucky (my sister's dog)Types of help and learning opportunities

During my travels I met a lot of amazing people through Workaway, these experiences changed radically my mind. I'd love to meet people with different backgrounds in order to learn and let my family learn about other cultures, languages, cuisine, religions, beliefs..
We can teach you how to cook Italian dishes and gluten free recipes. We would love to try new recipes from all over the world!
My parents want to practice their basic English, a teacher would be great! We can teach you Italian 🤌
I'd love to learn Spanish.
If you are interested in trekking/hiking we can show you the area, we can explore the city or camping on the mountains.
I'd like going deep in the meditation practice.
Artists and creative minds are always very welcomed!Help
We need some general help in the house, like cleaning and tidying up; going with Miele for walks every day;
helping me with some projects improving my creative space.
My aim is using eco friendly/sustainable products and recycled objects as much as possible. It's a empty basement room, I want to make it cozy, create a corner for my records, built a basic kitchen, create a good environment for relaxation and meditation.Languages
