Help
Our project
We have a main project we're working on: creating a place to connect people based on shared values, beliefs and interests. We want people to return to living deep, in-person relationships, to move from online to offline, and to offer a space to grow and give real value to human connection again.
The project is still in its ideation and study phase: we're exploring ideas, reading, exchanging thoughts, and slowly giving shape to the vision. Our home base is the mill, where we'll spend our time together thinking about and building the project.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a curious, thoughtful and open person who feels this vision as their own and wants to think and build together with us. More than "a helper," we're looking for a travel companion to explore ideas and grow with.
How we can collaborate together
At the mill we'll spend time thinking through the project, for example:
- doing research and gathering inspiration and references;
- discussing and brainstorming ideas and possible directions;
- imagining together experiences that bring people to meet;
- sharing your point of view, your culture and your skills.
There are no rigid roles: we adapt everything to what you're passionate about and want to grow in.
What you can take away
A daily exchange of ideas and visions, the chance to take part in the birth of a project from its very foundations, plenty of time for real conversations, and an authentic human experience. We share with you our spaces at the mill, our meals and our everyday life.
Please note: this is not a business, and workawayers do not help with commercial tasks -
