Siamo un gruppo di persone ispirate dal desiderio di condividere una nuova visione della vita, radicata nella presenza e nella connessione.
Nel nostro cammino personale, abbiamo scoperto un modo di vivere che oggi sentiamo urgente e necessario, in un mondo in cui così tante persone vivono in modalità automatica, per poi ritrovarsi esauste e insoddisfatte. Questo posto è il cuore di un sogno che abbiamo coltivato per tutta la vita: un luogo in cui amore, armonia e benessere non sono solo parole, ma esperienze vissute.
Dal cuore della nostra visione è nata un’azienda agricola rigenerativa che rifornisce la nostra cucina di prodotti freschi e biologici. Pratichiamo metodi di agricoltura sostenibile, garantendo che il nostro cibo non sia solo sano e delizioso, ma anche rispettoso dell’ambiente. Oltre agli orti abbiamo una serra con 50 torri aereoponiche , uniamo quindi l'approccio rigenerativo all'innovazione tecnologica. I clienti del nostro Bar Agricolo possono gustare piatti preparati con ingredienti a km 0, nutrendo corpo e anima e sostenendo la terra che ci nutre.
Gli ospiti avranno tutto il necessario per la colazione nel loro alloggio. Potranno esprimere preferenze su cosa vogliono trovare per colazione . La connessione internet nell'alloggio è decente. Gli altri pasti si svolgono al nostro Bar Agricolo insieme a tutto il gruppo. Abbiamo due alloggi dedicati per chi contribuisce al progetto. Il bagno è condiviso con altri ospiti.
Siamo immersi nel parco delle colline livornesi e puoi godere di molti percorsi per bellissime camminate. Se preferisci andare al mare siamo a 8 km da Livorno centro dove potrai già trovare alcune spiagge e stabilimenti balneari. Se ti spingi verso sud godrai di suggestive scogliere mentre verso nord trovi le spiaggie di Calambrone, Tirrenia e Marina di Pisa . Siamo a 30 minuti da Pisa, 40 min da Lucca e 60 da Firenze

In our personal journey, we have discovered a way of living that we feel urgent and necessary today, in a world where so many people live in automatic mode, only to find themselves exhausted and dissatisfied. This place is the heart of a dream that we have cultivated throughout our lives: a place where love, harmony and well-being are not just words, but lived experiences.
From the heart of our vision was born a regenerative farm that supplies our kitchen with fresh, organic produce. We practice sustainable farming methods, ensuring that our food is not only healthy and delicious, but also respectful of the environment. In addition to the gardens, we have a greenhouse with 50 aeroponic towers, thus combining the regenerative approach with technological innovation. Customers at our Agricolo Bar can enjoy dishes prepared with 0 km ingredients, nourishing body and soul and supporting the land that nourishes us.
Guests will have everything they need for breakfast in their accommodation. They can express preferences on what they want to find for breakfast. Other meals are held at our Agricultural Bar together with the whole group. We have two accommodations dedicated to those who contribute to the project. It has a decent wifi connection. The bathroom is shared with other guests.
We are immersed in the park of the Livorno hills and you can enjoy many paths for beautiful walks. If you prefer to go to the sea we are 8 km from Livorno center where you can already find some beaches and bathing establishments. If you go south you will enjoy suggestive cliffs while to the north you will find the beaches of Calambrone, Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa. We are 30 minutes from Pisa, 40 minutes from Lucca and 60 from Florence

Abbiamo bisogno di aiuto sia nelle coltivazioni, nella cura dei boschi, nella costruzioni di recinti ed altre opere in legno, nel servizio al nostro ristorante e nella cura degli immobili e delle stanze o nell'agricampeggio.
Guests will have everything they need for breakfast in their accommodation. They will be able to express preferences as to what they want for breakfast. Other meals take place at our Farmers' Bar with the whole group. We have two dedicated lodgings for those who contribute to the project. The bathroom is shared with other guests.
We need help with cultivating crops, tending the woods, building fences and other woodwork, serving at our restaurant and taking care of the buildings and rooms, or in the farmhouse.
