Description
A former university lecturer, arts lover, and enthusiastic home cook and gardener, I live in the north shore of Auckland, in the relaxing beachside suburb of Hauraki, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, the bays, cycle and walking trails, and within easy access to the motorway system and the CBD. Beautiful Takapuna, Narrow Neck, and Milford Beaches are in close range. My home borders the Northboro Reserve, and my home is in a very quiet residential street.

A sixth generation New Zealander, born in Switzerland, I love meeting people from all cultures and nations. Evening discussions about politics, the arts and culture I very much enjoy, as well as leaning new skills, be they cooking, technical, or practical. As a poet and writer, I can offer opportunities to learn the craft, and while working, tips on gardening, and my knowledge of antiques and collectables. My history of hiking may help you in planning further travels around the country.
Help
Help gardening, including weeding, pruning, planting, composting, water blasting of paths, house cleaning, and brass silver copper polishing, is needed. The biggest project is cleaning out the garage full of stuff!
