Hi! My name is Leo, I organize a little, familiar festival in upper bavaria, germany. I am 30 years old and a carpenter. At the moment I work as a treehouse-builder in a small company near the Festival ground. I founded the festival. Me and about 40 other people organize the small music festival. We are a non-profit organization, everyone of us works for free and voluntarily, because it is fun. Last year we saw what a positive, peaceful energy a harmonic group of people can spread. That's why we will start the festival a second time.

You can learn german, you will meet people from all over europe at the festival, you can play and learn music instruments and we teach you how to work with wood, metal and art tools. Many of us a handcraftsmen and are experts in building. Working at our festival is also a great way to get to know companys or schools in our region if you are interested in further internships or working in germany in general. We have a solid network of people who offer jobs in many kinds of branches.
Dear people out there in the world!
We are a group of young people basically from 20-30, some are younger some are older, and we want to create a music festival in the bavarian alps.
Our aim is to connect people via music, art and work. Working together is also a very good way to get to know each other and profit from another one's skills.
We need help at constructing the festival site. We mostly work with timber, so if you know how to use a saw and a screwdriver, you'd be very welcome! The works include building the stages, the bars and as many other things you want.
It's important that you can work by yourself. We can teach you everything you want to know, but we don't have the time to guide you in every step. Another important task for you will be decoration and painting. We want the site to be colourful and nice.
Our music festival takes place the second time this year from august 23rd to 25th. And we are looking for nice and interested people to join us. The setup of the festival will start at the beginning of august. So that would be the best time for you to show up. We are abled to provide a sleeping place and food for you. Up to 8 people can sleep here in a shared dorm, in the basement of a cosy house near the festival ground. So invite your friends to join you!
The Area is situated near lake tegernsee, which is one of the nicest and most populate regions in the bavarian alps. You can reach the lake in five minutes by bike.
Also, where you will sleep, your host has got a little farm with sheep, ponys and a pig. You can care for them if you want to.
You have all the freedom to take part in a creative process in which we create the festival together. If you have further questions, feel free to ask via phone or email. But the easiest and most informative way surely is communicating via phone.
We'd be happy to have you here at our cosy, little festival.
german, french, spanish, english
You will live in a dorm in the basement of a house where except you a family (two girls and their mum) live in a separated flat. Only you will sleep into the dorm, except if there is a party or if there are other guests in the house, but that doesn't occur often. In the basement there is also a kitchen you can use everytime, and a bathroom. Honestly speaking it is not the most luxurious spot in the world but who cares?
One thing: If you have a car, you can live in my house, which is very comfy. You can have your own room there. But it is about 15 km away from the festival. We can also talk about carsharing or something else... Contact us!
As I and a friend will work full time for the festival you can hang around with us, we show you sights. Munich is one hour away by train. The next train station is about three kilometres away, you can reach it by bike. Other puplic transport is rather difficult... Lake Tegernsee is a very nice, clean alpine lake surrounded by mountains you can hike up. Another lake is lake schliersee, which is about ten kilometres away. The area is pretty touristy, so you'll find something to do, Also your dorm is also a band practice room (not in use at the moment :D).
