We offer English, IT and Life Skills courses to disadvantaged youths in Cambodia, East Timor, Laos, and Japan. We also nurture their soft skills such as self-confidence, leadership, citizenship, and social responsibility. Providing them with opportunities to apply their learning in real-life situations.
Since 2000, we have reached over 200,000 students with our transformative education. We currently operate 50 schools across 4 countries that serve 15,000 students every day.

Are you looking for a meaningful volunteering experience? Join us and make a lasting impact on the lives of disadvantaged youth. At our center, we have various roles available for compassionate individuals who are willing to serve and immerse themselves in the local culture.
1) Assistant Teacher Roles
As an assistant teacher, you will not only have the opportunity to teach but also contribute to the day-to-day running of our center. This role allows you to fully immerse yourself in the local community while making a difference.
2) Administrative Roles
Are you tech-savvy and creative? Join our team and use your skills to make a difference. You can contribute to various projects such as updating our Volunteer Handbook, enhancing our Social Media presence, creating promotional material for our schools, writing small-scale Fund Application Proposals, assisting in recruiting long-term volunteers, and developing Fundraising Campaigns.
If you have specific IT skills, we also need your expertise. Help us maintain and refresh our website or create video and written lessons on various topics such as video editing, internet usage, email, cloud storage, and Photoshop.
3) Dormitory Construction Project
Be part of an exciting project to build new dormitories for our students! No construction experience is necessary - we'll provide guidance and training on-site. Whether you're skilled in construction or simply eager to learn and help, you can contribute to this meaningful project that will directly impact our students' lives. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work and want to leave a lasting physical legacy in our community. You'll help alongside local builders and other volunteers, learning new skills while helping create safe and comfortable living spaces for our students.
** In exchange for your dedication, we provide free traditional Cambodian cuisine and accommodation in shared rooms with other international volunteers. This ensures a rich cultural exchange experience while supporting you in your service.

Accommodation
- Accommodation: You will stay in a dormitory with other volunteers of the same gender. You will have access to basic facilities such as electricity, water and internet. We have a washing machine available for you to use. Couples or groups can request private rooms if available.
- Food: We will provide you with three meals a day (also on the weekends). The food is local and delicious, but you can also cook for yourself if you prefer. You will have access to a kitchen and utensils. We can accommodate vegetarian/vegan meals if required.
- Safety: You will be staying in a safe and secure area with our staff and other volunteers. We will provide you with emergency contacts and support if needed.What else ...
You will have some free time to explore the surroundings and enjoy some leisure activities. You can visit some of the nearby attractions such as temples, markets, or museums. You can also join some of the outings that we organize for our volunteers.
