Description
Hi there!
We are a young couple with two small children in Huanchaco, Peru. We have our hostel with a yoga studio in this cool beach town for a few years now.
The hostel is in a central location, half a block from the sea, with waves to surf right in front. There is a great kitchen to use, wi-fi through the whole building. Many spaces to chill, sea views from the roof terrace!
We also have a tortoise walking around!

Huanchaco is full of local life, foreigners, tourists, fishermen, surfers.. The hostel used to be a happening place with people from many countries around the world. Huanchaco is a great place to work on your Spanish. There are many archeological sites in the area.
Help
We are currently working with two volunteers. They help the evenings from 5pm till 10.30pm, one day on one day off continuously. The evening shift consists of receiving guests, helping people with their bookings, and possibly a sweep, folding some sheets, cleaning up, or little things like that.
Volunteers can take yoga classes at a reduced rate and use our laundry facilities for free.
We are also looking for yoga teachers. The teachers can stay in the volunteer room and earn a large percentage of the class turnover.

In Huanchaco you will meet many locals, many tourists and there are plenty of interesting things to do and see in the area. It is a great place for surfing or to work on your Spanish. You can also work with street dogs in the area. Huanchaco has a very cheap cost of living.

My stay with Paul and Dani and everyone else there was amazing. Very nice people and nice location, cozy hostel. 2 weeks I stayed there came by really fast and I was really thankful for the opportunity they gave me. I felt very welcome. Yoga classes are really good. I would recommend them 100%.
