Hi, we are a family of four: Patricia, Jose, Andrea, y Samantha. We would love to have volunteers to help in our hostal in Chugchilan. Chugchilan is a small village with many mountains, near the Quilotoa Volcano (we are a common stop along the popular Quilotoa loop)! We have many attractions including the cloud forest with medicinal plants, a cheese factory, hiking, transport, and horse riding. In our village we have two seasons: winter and summer. We hope you will want to become part of our family for the time you wish--we are very friendly!
Hola, somos una familia de 4 personas: Patricia, Jose, Andrea, y Samantha. Queremos voluntarios para ayuda en nuestro hostal que esta en Chugchilan. Es un pequeño pueblo con muchas montañas cerca al volcan Quilotoa! Tenemos muchos atractivos como bosque primario, secundario fabrica de quesos, caminatas, transporte, y caballos. En nuestro pueblo contamos con dos estaciones invierno y verano. Esperamos que ustedes quieran ser parte de nuestra familia por el tiempo que ustedes quieran--somos muy amables!

We are a small village and you will benefit from an exchange of cultures! For instance, we would like to learn recycling, because as of now we do not have a good process for reusing things.
Estamos un pequeño pueblo y queremos intercambiar ideas culturas ademas seria una gran idea la enseñanza del reciclage yo que en este lugar no hay formas de reutilzar las cosas.

Help
We need help in our hostel with languages since many of our guests do not speak Spanish (English and French are very useful) ! In general we are hoping to host entrepeneurial volunteers to help us bring our ideas to fruition!
You will mostly work at the reception, receiving the hosts, answering their questions and managing reservations and social networks. From time to time, you might also give a hand to our employees in charge cleaning rooms.
If you want to help the community, depending on what you like to do, we can help to organize this too.
Necesitamos ayuda en nuestra casa, ayuda con idiomas porque muchos de los huespedes no hablan español (ingles y frances son muy utiles)! En general, queremos voluntarios emprendedores que ayuden a salir adelante con nuestras ideas.
Trabajará en la recepción, recibirá a los anfitriones, responderá sus preguntas y gestionará las reservas y las redes sociales. De vez en cuando, también puede ayudar a nuestros empleados a cargo de la limpieza de los cuartos.
Si de pronto quiere ayudar con la comunidad, depende que le guste hacer, nosotros ayudamos a organizar.

Our volunteers will have a private room with a bathroom, and three meals a day. There are options for vegetarians and vegans.

If you are really sociable and pay excellent attention to the guests, you will not have trouble getting tips here!

Si los voluntarios les gusta caminar pueden hacerlo los dias que no hay mucha gente y disfrutar de los bellos paisajes.
On days when we do not have many guest the volunteers may enjoy the beautiful countryside if they wish!
