    Description

The Homestead is located in a beautiful Southern Colorado mountain valley where the elk and antelope roam. The ranch is located in a large high alpine desert valley that has breathtaking mountain views. Often while gazing up at the night time sky, one will see several shooting stars. Some are extremely close by.

I am currently seeking someone who would be interested in helping to complete the following project either as a visitor or as a permanent resident. I am seeking someone who has the skills, knowledge, and experience with Social Media Marketing and Crowdfunding.  For the right person, there is a wonderful opportunity for long term residency here at the homestead, with the possibility of a monthly income.

I am only able to offer at the present time a private room or outside tent camping experience in which I can supply the tent. WIFI is also provided.  If the crowdfunding campaign is successful I would then be able to offer you full room and board long term.

Here at the ranch, there are some really beautiful and secluded places for camping. There is plenty of wide-open space for pitching your tent. You will have the option of sharing a rustic three bedrooms two bath home with two other men. There is an unfinished garden level basement that needs to be finished. So anyone who has carpentry skills please let us know. Transportation is something that you would need to provide for yourself. A trip into town once a week is very do able. If you have a well-behaved dog lets talk.
