We’re a friendly, creative family living on a scenic hobby farm near Peterborough, Ontario—just a couple hours from Toronto and easily accessible by public transport or car. If you’re a traveler looking to experience authentic Canadian culture, nature, and hands-on projects beyond just basic yard work, we’d love to host you!

Our property is always full of activity and opportunity to learn and explore. In a typical day, you might:
• Help with gardening tasks like weeding, planting, or watering
• Learn how we grow food and make our space beautiful and productive
• Assist with light maintenance or organizing
• Spend time caring for our dogs, cats, and lizard (we’re also looking to get chickens!)
• Try your hand at cooking or preserving if you’d like

You’ll stay in a fully equipped 45-foot Class A motorhome, with your own:
• King-sized bed
• Private shower and bathroom
• Full kitchen
We will take the guests grocery shopping for the food they want. They will have their own kitchen and appliances to cook the meals they prefer. There will be some shared meals around a campfire.What else ...
We enjoy connecting with people from all over the world and are happy to help you practice English, share stories, and give you a real taste of Canadian rural life, with modern comforts and a lot of laughter.
