  This is an agro-ecological project that takes place on a farm in the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park in Málaga, where we try a simple and self-sufficient life. There is well and stream water, solar and wind energy, orchards, henhouse, fruit trees, swimming pool with fish, bioconstructions, etc.
  
  We try to make the most of handmade products (bread, vegetable milk, preserves, cosmetics, etc).
  
  We offer accommodation and meals for volunteers of workaway, who are interested in learning this way of life to get to practice it and who in turn understand that great comforts, excessive energy consumption, declining education and health systems Western as well as the current false foods are leading the human being down a wrong path especially since this last century, causing serious problems in the environment and ultimately on the life of our planet and compromising with it itself.

  Somos un proyecto agro-ecológico que se desarrolla en una finca del Parque Natural Sierra de las Nieves de Málaga, donde intentamos una vida sencilla y autosuficiente. Hay agua de pozo y arroyo, energí­a solar y eólica, huertos, gallinero, frutales, alberca con peces, bioconstrucciones, etc.
  
  Tratamos de hacer el máximo de productos artesanos (pan, conservas, leche vegetal, cosmética, etc).
  
  Ofrecemos alojamiento y manutención para voluntari@s del programa Workaway que estén interesad@s en aprender esta forma de vida para llegar a practicarla y que a su vez comprenden que las grandes comodidades, excesivos consumos energéticos, decadentes sistemas de educación y salud occidentales así como los falsos alimentos actuales están llevando al ser humano por un camino erróneo sobre todo desde éste último siglo, provocando gravísimos problemas en el medio ambiente y en definitiva sobre la vida de nuestro planeta y comprometiendo con ello la existencia misma.
  
  Esperamos que responda gente educada, abierta y consciente que muestre su sensibilidad con la naturaleza, sean respetuosos con el medio ambiente y estén libres de hábitos nocivos y falsas necesidades.
  
  También expresamos nuestro deseo de encontrar personas que estén dispuestas a conocer nuestro proyecto más profundamente con la idea de colaborar más activamente por un período indefinido y unirse definitivamente si llegara el caso.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  The tasks in a permaculture farm are very varied, so they can be in the forest, in the garden, with the animals, with the maintenance of the farm, with bioconstructions, preparation of homemade artisan products, woodworking, etc, so depending on the time you spend with us and the opportunities that arise from these activities, you can learn from making your own vegetable milk, your own bread, preserves, wine, oil, germinate your own seeds, identify and harvest wild plants and medicinal, etc.
  As well as carry out a conscious and healthy diet. We also sow and harvest our own food in a synergistic orchard, we have poultry, guinea pigs and sheep. We dedicate ourselves in body and soul to ecological awareness, so we have a lot of audiovisual materials and a classroom where you can watch documentaries and films.

  Las tareas en una granja de permacultura son muy variadas, así que pueden ser en el bosque, en la huerta, con los animales, con el mantenimiento de la finca, con bioconstrucciones, preparación de productos artesanos de elaboración propia, trabajos con la madera, etc, así que dependiendo del tiempo que pases con nosotros y las oportunidades que surjan de estas actividades, podrás aprender desde hacerte tu propia leche vegetal, tu propio pan, conservas, vino, aceite, germinar tus propias semillas, identificar y cosechar plantas silvestres y medicinales, etc. Así como llevar a cabo una alimentación consciente y saludable. También sembramos y cosechamos nuestros propios alimentos en una huerta sinergica, tenemos aves de corral, cobayas y ovejas. Nos dedicamos en cuerpo y alma a la sensibilización ecológica, así que tenemos bastantes materiales audiovisuales y un aula en la que podrás ver documentales y películas.

  El trabajo es variado dependiendo de las estaciones, climatología y necesidades de la granja, en cualquier caso necesitamos gente comprometida con las tareas que esté desarrollando, tolerancia de algunas faltas de comodidades obvias y también con cierta condición física para soportar la fatiga consecuente de algunos trabajos que requiere el campo.

  Volunteers live, eat and spend the night in different bioconstruction spaces: 6-seater bedroom, kitchen, living room, small yoga area, sinks, showers, washbasin and dry toilet.

  Los voluntarios conviven, comen y pernoctan en diferentes espacios de bioconstrucción: dormitorio de 6 plazas, cocina, salón, pequeña zona de yoga, lavabos, duchas y water seco. Caravanas son bienvenidas.
  
  Deberá hacerse siempre un uso responsable del agua, la luz y otros recursos naturales.
  
  Recomendaciones
  
  1.- Traer productos de higiene personal, lavado de ropa y papel higiénico, que sean lo más respetuosos posible con el medio ambiente.
  
  2.- No traer exceso de equipaje, tener presente que existe ropa de trabajo en la finca a disposición.
  
  3.- No traer aparatos de gran consumo eléctrico. (ordenadores, planchas, secadores, calentadores..)
  
  4.- Haznos saber con antelación suficiente tus preferencias alimentarias u otras necesidades.
  
  5.- Traer medio propio de comunicación.

  We live on the side of a mountain, at the entrance of the beautiful Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, so in a short walk you can immerse yourself in the middle of nature and we are also about 3 km from the nearest town with which you can walk to the small population to connect to the Internet or have a good coffee. We have been receiving volunteers with different international associations for more than 10 years and it has always been very enriching for both parties.

  Vivimos en la ladera de una montaña, a la entrada del hermoso Parque Natural Sierra de las Nieves, así que en un corto paseo puedes sumergirte en plena naturaleza y también estamos a unos 3 km del pueblo más cercano con lo cual se puede ir caminando a la pequeña población para conectarse a Internet o tomar un buen café. Llevamos más de 10 años recibiendo voluntarios con distintas asociaciones internacionales y siempre ha sido muy enriquecedor para ambas partes.
