  Description

  Our place on the Island is just 2 years old and it is our dream to make a place for focalising creativity, amazing music, dance and art events and growing food.
  
  The beautiful 1 hectare of land from above looks like an Island surrounded by a variety of Trees, Bush, Scrub and Rosehip. It is set in the countryside of South Bohemia near to the wonderful Sumava forest.
  
  It is now the beginning, but it is quickly taking shape and there are many different structures here already.
  
  - 2 Tiny Houses equipped with modern kitchen units, stoves for winter, shower unit, Berkey Water Filter System
  - 1kW Solar System, enough to run everything ( fridge, lights, stereos, laptops etc etc)
  - 24m2 Greenhouse
  - 2000L Water Storage for rain catchment from Tiny Houses + Greenhouse.
  - Geodome Space for Music, meditation, yoga
  - Mini Recording Studio
  - Loveheart Garden
  - Little Blue Caravan to be renovated.

  - Bell Tent 5m for Guests
  
  At the heart of the project, we are a playful family of 5, with two baby twins and a 5-year-old boy. We are professional artists and musicians, videographers and composers. I have worked over the last 15 years, touring with my musical projects. The most recent working with an international crew to make an album in my very own Studio. I love to build instruments which you can try out here.
  
  Who are we looking for to join us here?
  
  This place is for creative people who want to try a more ecological approach to life. The Infrastructure is off-grid and living here you will get to experience a simple 'non-automatic' ecological approach to living.
  
  Over the summer 2023 there are many ongoing evolutions on the land and we need help with;
  
  Practical work;
  
  - installing water catchment on greenhouse
  - renovation of little Blue caravan
  - weather proofing terraces
  - cutting pathways
  - building outdoor kitchen for guests
  - building outdoor furniture using recycled materials and wood on land
  
  ++ Housework;
  
  - help around the house, cleaning and cooking
  - doing dishes
  - baby minding
  
  ++ Routine jobs
  
  -gathering water 200L per week for drinking from pristine spring
  - gathering backup water in case of no rain for gardens and greenhouse
  - mowing grass
  
  For visitors, there are plenty of beautiful spots in nature to visit nearby including the Sumava National Park where there are unique fauna and flora. In the midst of the sumava are also many old historical sites, celtics ruins, majestic castles such as Rabhi and Kaspersky Hory.
  
  Next to the property is a unique geological site where its possible to find crystals and other unique stones.
  
  The nearby village of Volyne has for a small town of 5000 inhabitants a rich underground cultural scene with regular concerts, film screenings and a wonderful little museum and a Swimming pool.

  We are most happy to meet people who have a creative spark, artistic, musical.
  
  Around the area there are many old historical sites, like the old Celtic Castle Obri Hrad, then also interesting and strange places connected to the communist times.
  
  Would be out pleasure to take you to some of the cultural spaces of the area, for concerts, and some of the more powerful nature excursions in the Sumava area such as the Vydra, Horska Kvilda and around Kasperske Hory.

  Potentially it is possible. We only have 100GB a month, which is enough for personal use with a cheap o2 mobile simcard. We can help The Digital Nomad to acquire their own Simcard, the same to the one we have here. It costs 12 euros a month for 100GB

  Space for parking camper vans

  The land has gravel road access and there are some beautiful spaces with incredible views where a campervan could hide away.

• 

  Can possibly accept pets

  Bordercollie? Around the property is farmland so if your pet is under your control and friendly with children etc etc, then pets can be welcome.
